I’m a devoted cat parent to four cats of my own, so I truly understand how hard it can be to leave your cat whether it’s for a long day, a weekend, or a vacation. Cats thrive on routine, familiarity, and trust, and my goal is to make your time away as low stress as possible for both you and your cat. I care for every cat as if they were my own, with patience, respect for boundaries, and lots of love. I’m a big believer in enrichment and interactive play, and I take the time to engage with each cat based on their individual personality. Even cats who are shy, cautious, or typically avoid people tend to warm up to me, and I’m often able to earn their trust within a visit or two.

Safety, trust & environment
I carefully follow all instructions left by pet parents, including feeding routines, playtime preferences, medication administration, and litter box care. Once all care tasks are completed, I always make time for play and enrichment if your cat is interested. I complete detailed Rover Cards after every visit and include plenty of photos so you can see how your cat is doing while you’re away. I am pet first aid and CPR certified.

Once again Kat has taken excellent care of our kitty and home while we are gone. She goes the extra mile to stimulate our cat and looks for any signs of stress or issues and we are always confident leaving him in her care.
Kat was wonderful with my cat Buffy. There obviously was lots of playing and cuddling going on from the pictures that I received. When we arrived home, Buffy was calm and well cared for. For the first few days Buffy seemed almost disappointed that Kat was missing from her life LOL. There was a large stormed that hit the neighborhood and our huge tree took some damage. Kat sent me a photo of the situation so that we could get the dangerous limbs removed from the tree even before we got home. I was very pleased with Kat as a caretaker for Buffy!

Kat immediately set my mind at ease with her thoughtful and caring messages about my two kitties. Although the kitties were experts at "hiding", Kat still spent time socializing with them and making sure they heard her voice and felt comfortable.
Kat very quickly learned routines and my cat’s preferences. I’ve never had to worry about leaving on vacations and worrying about my cat when Kat is in charge! Highly recommend.

Schedule
I work full time but am able to do drop in visits in the morning before work or in the afternoons/evenings. I am available most weekends.
- CatsKat can host up to 3 drop-ins per day
- It’s helpful to know your cat’s routine, feeding schedule, medical needs, and personality ahead of time, including play preferences and boundaries. This allows me to provide consistent and low stress care while you’re away.
