“I am so happy to be able to rely on the fact that James is extremely punctual. He is here every morning at the designated time. He has been patient with my small dog, who has a preference for women and has had to grow accustomed to a male dog walker. James has given him space and encouragement.”

“Estefania was wonderful. She always arrived punctually and took Mr. Bean for his full walk and gave me feedback about it. She asked questions when needed since she was new to us, and showed affection towards Mr. Bean, who absolutely loved her. I am so glad to have met her and will definitely be using her again in the future if she agrees.”

“Very grateful for Jessica! She has been doing daily walks with my senior dog and giving him lunch while I’m at work. She takes great care of him and it’s so nice to know he’s is in good hands!”

About: I’ve cared for dogs for over 12 years — including my own sweet senior German Shepherd, who’s been my loyal companion since she was a pup. I’m comfortable with small, medium to large breeds and well-mannered giants, and I have experience with daily meds, senior care, and reinforcing basic commands. I believe patience, consistency, and love go a long way with any dog. Whether your pup needs a potty break, a solid walk, or just some company and belly rubs, I’ve got you covered. My schedule is currently flexible, and I’m only offering drop-ins and walks so I can give your pet my full attention. I treat every dog like family — because they deserve nothing less. I recently moved back from Denver and currently have full availability for dog drop-ins and walks. Since I’m not juggling another job, I’m flexible for weekdays, weekends, and even last-minute bookings. Your pup gets my full attention every time — whether it’s a quick potty break or some mid-day company and exercise. I know how much trust it takes to let someone care for your dog — they’re family. I’ve had my sweet German Shepherd for 12 years, and through every stage, I’ve learned that what dogs need most is patience, routine, and kindness. Whether it’s giving medication, following your exact instructions, or just making sure they feel safe while you’re away, I’ve got it covered. I’ll treat your home and your pup with the same care and respect I’d want for my own.

“Tamara is so patient with our anxious dog! Our dog warmed up so quickly to Tamara and its a relief knowing our pup will be looking forward to walks while we are away at work. Tamara sends great updates and leaves notes to let us know how our dog is doing while we are at the office. She even came for a meet and greet to make sure our dog felt safe with her before her first walk.”

“Isabell has been walking our puppy for almost two months on a weekly basis. She is always on time, reliable, and gives the most thorough updates every time she sees our puppy. Our puppy loves her and this is easily seen with the pictures we receive. I would HIGHLY recommend Isabell with your pets.”

About: I have been dog-sitting for family and neighbors locally for the past 7 years. I have dogs of my own who are spoiled and treat other’s pets as my own. My current pet-sitting schedule and availability is open. I work part-time and have flexibility on the weekdays and I am also open on the weekends. I provide care for your pets off the directions and specifications provided. All pets are completely unique and have different needs and levels of care. I enjoy providing extra attention and play to dogs who have anxiety. This can get overlooked when families are busy in their routines, or the dog is a rescue, and this is so important for pet wellness.

About: I've had a lot of experience with dogs of various breeds. I love being around them and give them lots of attention. No worries if your dog needs a special diet or other specific needs. I always follow the owner's directives, so your dog will follow the usual routine. I'm active and enjoy taking dogs for walks and playing fetch. I've owned dogs and have often looked after my family's and friends' dogs anywhere between a few days to several weeks. The hardest part is saying good-bye to the dog. I am currently retired from teaching, so I'm very flexible. I don't have any driving restrictions or obligations that would get in the way of caring for your dog. I only watch dogs at the owner's home. Safety is a priority at all times, play in and outside the home. Some dangers include unhealthy and toxic foods, household chemicals, and traffic.

About: I’ve lived in Chicago since 2021 but am originally from NW Indiana where my family has had dogs in the home since I was in 4th grade. We have had dogs of different sizes throughout the years and I am very comfortable around any breed or age of dog. I’m always around pups and would love to meet your furry friend next! The last 3 dogs my family added to our home were all adopted from local shelters. The eldest, Theo (fluffy white dog in pics), went blind about five years ago so I do have experience caring for blind pets as well. I work full time but work from home 4 days a week and have a very flexible work schedule. I am able to take walks and breaks throughout the day with no issues. I am also available in the evenings and can work with you on arrangements as needed! I can handle any dog big or small, high energy, timid, shy, puppy or elder. I am detail oriented and very respectful of other people’s belongings and time. I get along great with all dogs and will follow any instructions directed by the owner! Safety is my top priority and I will only walk dogs on a leash and in areas you are comfortable with!

I am currently a student at the University of Wisconsin and spend much time doing school work. I have a very flexible schedule with availability during typical work hours, weekends and holidays. I am more than happy to help out in early mornings! About: Taking care of fur babies is a joy for me. From young ones to old ones, they all deserve love. I have experience with pets of all ages and stages of life, can handle high anxiety pets with care and am attentive and build trust with the animals in my care. I'm currently working part time and have a flexible schedule. I can pop over for a walk or feeding and am flexible with house sitting as well! I am able to care for pets in the clients home. I will follow the normal schedule the pet has (feeding, walking or medication) that is outlined by the client. I also like to be prepared for any emergencies with vet contacts or any medical needs/quirks. I will leave the space as clean as I found it.

About: I grew up in a household with two dogs from when I was 5 until 18. After that I got my own dog in my “adul”t life. I’ve helped watch dogs and cats for both friends and neighbors. I have a lot of flexibility with work and miss having a furry companion. Happy to help :) I typically work out at 6am most days. I am transitioning to a remote role now that has very flexible hours so I am pretty open. I make the space safe for whatever animal I am hosting examples no food access, no sharp objects out or candles lit. Making sure water is available and blankets for my spoiled guests.

Jessie will come to our apartment in the morning and at night to feed the kitties and give special love to them. She even checks the litter box to be sure that Blue peed and isn't feeling anxious. I am never worried when Jessie takes care of them! She even sends me photos of my babies, which eases the pain of bein away from them! If you're kitties need special attention or lots of love, Jessie is the sitter for you!!”
