About: I’m currently in training to become an NBCAAM Board Certified Animal Massage Therapist. I’ve been dog-sitting and house-sitting for clients locally for the past 15 years. About: I have raised and cared for dogs and cats my entire life, all sizes and ages, several with serious medical needs. As a child, my family bred and raised Irish Setters and kept any pup that was not 100% healthy for adoption. Therefore I have experience with all aspects of pet care and I have raised my kids to do the same. We are Tara (49yr), Jaden (15yr) and Alia (12yr) and have been dog sitting for friends and family for years and really enjoy hosting pups to play with and pamper on the weekends since unfortunately we are not home enough during the week to provide adequate care and attention to a full time pup. Our three kitties are very accustomed to dogs but we have plenty of room to separate them if they overstimulate your doggy. Our three level home, plus large back yard, will give your pup plenty of room to play inside and out! We typically run and play in the backyard during potty breaks and go out for several walks a day. The yard is only 90% fenced so I have several 50ft leashes around the yard to provide the illusion of freedom while maintaining safety. If your pup is high energy, they can also play with the neighbor’s dogs or we can take a trip to the dog park so they can socialize and run with other pups. I assure you they will get lots of cuddles and attention and I will send photos and vids of your pup to you throughout their stay! I am available for boarding in my home on the weekends, beginning Friday evening through Monday morning. I can also board at your home from Saturday morning through Sunday evening. I will treat your pet like a member of the family! If they get muddy in the backyard I have no problem giving them a bath and brushing them. They are welcome on the furniture and will not be left alone while they are in my care.

About: I have taken care of all kinds of pets since elementary school, especially dogs. Family friends and neighbors have had me walk, feed, play with, and even medicate their dogs. There isn't a dog or pet that I wouldn't be happy to handle! Not only am I good at what I do, but I care as well. Pets are family too and I most definitely understand that. I am doing a bit of work for my father around the house and our local store, but it is all very flexible, so your pet could be my number one priority. I am free to care take for dogs almost all days during the work week. I have a great yard for dogs to run around in. I live in a very suitable and safe home for pets with mature family members who are gentle and could care just as good I will. I even live right near a dog store that I would be happy to take them to as well.

About: I'm an art history professor at the University of Chicago which means I have a flexible schedule for walks and drop in visits. I enjoy running and love taking active dogs for a jog around the neighborhood. I really love exploring the outdoors with my dogs, so if your pup is up for it, we'll go for a hike too! I've lived with dogs my entire life and have experience with very young pups to geriatrics and am comfortable administering medication. I will take care of your pet like they were my own. My favorite part of hosting is watching a dog sun bathe in the backyard or seeing a cat fall asleep listening to their favorite music. I am able to take my own dog outside several times a day for potty breaks and we live next to a nice park we walk through often. I have a very friendly Bulldog to keep your dog company. My fenced in yard ensures they can run around all they want. We have plenty of balls and toys they can share. We have a nice deck where they can lounge in the sun! We can keep cats and dogs separate as we have many different levels in the home.
About: I grew up with two black labs, both lived until 16, I now have another black lab. I have walked and pet sit many dogs and cats in my life. I enjoy all types of dog personalities.
