About: I am a grad student in education and just moved to Chicago from Detroit, and sadly my lab and kitties had to stay in Michigan due to my living situation. I've taken care of my dogs, and cats my whole life. I love all animals, and have spent time in the state of Michigan being a dog walker for a small local dog walking business. I have house sat for a few different cats along the way as well. From small-large dogs i'm comfortable around them all! I can be available for the summer Monday-Sunday, Come august 26th, My availability will be MWF and saturday/sunday. Mornings-Evenings I can be available at anytime. I always make sure to see if the owners have any specfic instrutions first and foremost. I will always greet the dog/cat first in calm manner, have them sniff me, say hi, get used to me. Then we get ready for a walk, on walks I'm extremely aware on my surroundings and what could happen or not happen. Water bowls are always full, food at the time the owners said. I make sure to make friends with the animals, and their safety/comfort comes first and foremost. This all will go with cats as well! I tend to be more cautious with the cats so they know i'm there to take care of them.

She was amazing and we felt our pet was well cared for while we were gone. Tamara sent us pictures and videos at every visit. We could tell how much she cared for our dog. I've been an animal lover for as far back as I can remember, and have cared for my own dogs and cats throughout my life. About: I have raised 2 dogs since puppies until older age. I have experience with older dogs and puppies. Love them all. I have no pets at the moment so any pet I care for will receive lots of love. Love all pets I can provide care in the morning and afternoon. I am available for many services. I can walk pets, play with them, feed them, take them out, cuddle them, and give them love. I can also stay in your house or apartment with your pet. I give pets lots of love and attention. About: As a cat parent myself, I like to make sure my little one is taken care for when I step out. They all need their space but it’s important that they know someone is there to take care of them. I can be that person giving them space while also providing head scratches when they need it! I currently work part time on the weekends so I would say that I have more flexibility during the week to look after your pets. I make sure all pets are supervised, comfortable, and cared for with plenty of attention, fresh water, and a calm environment. If provided, I would make sure to follow specific instructions to ensure that your pets receive the best care possible.

About: I'm an art history professor at the University of Chicago which means I have a flexible schedule for walks and drop in visits. I enjoy running and love taking active dogs for a jog around the neighborhood. I really love exploring the outdoors with my dogs, so if your pup is up for it, we'll go for a hike too! I've lived with dogs my entire life and have experience with very young pups to geriatrics and am comfortable administering medication. I have one smallish and one large dog at home and one cat, but I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes. I also have experience with exotics and small animals and have cared for geckos, hamsters, guinea pigs, birds, chinchillas...even wildlife! I volunteer as a resident animal keeper at the Willowbrook Wildlife Center. I'm an all around animal lover, excited to meet your pets! I currently work from home a few days a week and would love to break up my day walking your dog! I’m happy to take high energy dogs for runs as well - just ask! I understand schedules and routines are very important to our pets. I will always do my best to stick to as close to your regular routine as I can when staying with your pets.
