“Kimberly is absolutely fantastic!! She came and met the cat (and us) two days before our scheduled trip. The first thing she did when she entered our apartment was introduce herself to Laney. We gave her tons of information especially since we had never left the cat for more than a day. She blew me away from day 1. I allow my cat to pick out her food for the day by holding two packets and giving her whichever packet she rubs her face on. It sounds a little kooky but Kimberly did this everyday I checked our cameras every day after the notification that she had arrived just to check and saw her giving Laney her choices of wet food. She sent me amazingly detailed information about what they played, how she ate, and just Laney's general disposition during the visit. Kimberly went above and beyond on the last day by bringing in a package with litter and kibble! We booked Kimberly for one hour visits. I, again, typically checked our cameras about 5-10 minutes before the end of the visit. Every day, she was still in our living room playing with Laney and engaging her. I, truly, cannot not find anything wrong with how she met my VERY high expectations. She helped decrease my anxiety about Laney which, in turn, helped both my husband and me enjoy our vacation that much more!”

About: I have taken care of dogs for most of my life! I had a puppy as a young girl, and cared for her through her old age. I also have extensive pet sitting experience, and have watched 5 dogs simultaneously. I have a very caring personality and would love to care for your fur babies! When it comes to cats, I have about 12 years of experience. I have taken care of numerous outdoor stray cats, and have rehomed many of them, including taking two into my own home. I am self employed (jewelry artist!) so I have plenty of time to check in with your pets, walk/play etc. I am available anytime during the week (M-F) and usually on the weekends as well. We needed a drop in for Wednesday and Thursday last week due to a funeral. Our first time using Rover, we we did not know what to expect. We had a meet and greet with Lauren on Monday. It went very well. We have 2 puppies that are 6 & 7 months old. One is super hyper and one is a little shy. Lauren did all the right things in taking the time to get to know them, including sitting on the floor so the shy one could come up to her. We were sent updates on each visit and pictures. Would definitely recommend her.
Grace is the best sitter we have ever had. A testament to her thoughtful care and consistent reliability is that our cats are happy and complete unstressed when we return home. She has developed a trusting rapport with our cat kids. Grace is meticulous in complying with my husband's very detailed instructions. We appreciate that she will contact us with any questions or concerns. She is truly a comfort to us when we are traveling and a lovely person.

Isabella was wonderful with my dog while I was gone for the weekend! He's older and picky and needs a little extra care...she was great with drop in visits, giving him extra attention, and making sure he got enough exercise while I was away. She was comfortable taking my energetic Great Dane puppy on a walk, which I know he loved - with me being at work for so long. Jessica kept us fully informed, with photos, about our cats every day she looked after them. We felt fully confident and reassured throughout. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
