“I cannot recommend Daniela enough for anyone in need of pet care services! I recently had the pleasure of entrusting her with the care of my two puppies for a day, and I couldn't be more impressed with her level of care and attention to detail. From the moment I dropped off my fur babies, it was evident that Daniela genuinely loves animals. She greeted them with warmth and made them feel right at home, which instantly put my mind at ease. Throughout the day, she went above and beyond to ensure that they were comfortable, safe, and happy. Daniela is incredibly sweet, attentive, and responsible. She provided regular updates, including photos and messages, which I greatly appreciated. It was clear that she treated my puppies as if they were her own. If you're looking for someone who will treat your pets with the love and attention they deserve, look no further than Daniela. I will definitely be returning to her for future pet care needs! Thank you, Daniela for your exceptional service and for taking such great care of my puppies!”

About: I have been a lifelong dog owner. I can care for a variety of pups from young and energetic to senior pups. I love to take my own dogs on my adventures throughout the Santa Cruz mountains from casual walks to long adventure runs and so I can accommodate whatever your dog needs. I also like to spend time training and practicing commands because dogs also like to be engaged mentally along with the physical. Of course love and affection through cuddles is always guaranteed and unlimited. I have lots of experienced with many different dog personalities and can accommodate them accordingly to make sure they are well cared for. I have a very flexible schedule that is mostly already based around my own pups so I am very much able to accommodate yours as well! I have availability to provide attentive, reliable care for your pets throughout the day and evening. I already incorporate activities like dog walking and trail running into my daily routine which means I can offer active dogs a great adventure while also being available for quiet cuddle and consistent care for all pets. In my home, I treat every guest like family. My home is a safe, dog-friendly environment with a fenced yard where they can play safely. We'll follow their regular feeding schedule and I'll make sure they get plenty of exercise with daily walks, running for high-energy dogs, and lots of mental stimulation. In the evenings, it's all about cuddles and relaxation on the couch, ensuring they feel comfortable and loved. When caring for pets in a client's home, my top priority is to maintain their familiar routine. I'll adhere strictly to their feeding schedule, walking routine, and any specific commands they know. My goal is to be a calm and reliable presence, providing consistent care and affection in their own environment. I'll also ensure your home is kept clean and secure, leaving it just as I found it.

“I am over the moon about Daisy's full-day stay with Shannon and her family! I knew that Daisy had a great day because she fell fast asleep on the way home, and while she was happy to see me at pick-up, I could also tell she really liked her hosts. She went back and forth greeting me and going back to Shannon or her husband to get her head scratched; there was big tail wagging going on there! Shannon is certainly knowledgeable and experienced in caring for dogs, responsible, kept my pup safe, and supported Daisy's quirks and needs. She and her family followed my requests and instructions perfectly. Shannon sent pictures, which my husband and I so appreciated, and was responsive and clear in all her communications. She was flexible when I requested a time change for drop off and was fine when I wanted to come a bit earlier than scheduled for pick up. Daisy will be very excited, and I will be very happy & confident leaving her again with Shannon ~ I highly recommend her to care for your pet! You get her and her wonderful family!”

“Gene did a great job in watching my dog Sam. He sent me photos and updates of Sam enjoying his walk and stay. Gene is kind and made me feel comfortable that Sam is safe and well cared for. I will definitely book his services again.”

About: Hey there Dog Mama! You need a vacation! You've been working hard and deserve a break. Unfortunately, that vacation you want to take cannot include your dog. You booked your trip, and you are stoked. Yet you still lay awake at night wondering, who is going to take care of my dog? Wouldn't it be nice if your dog could enjoy his/her own vacation while you are on yours? But... You don't just trust anybody to care for your dog. You put a lot of time and effort into your dog, daily. You want to know that your dog is having a great time while maintaining good habits Your dream dog sitter understands dog behavior Your dream dog sitter understands dog training Your dream dog sitter is patient and compassionate Your dream dog sitter understands the time and effort it takes to train a dog I get it mama! I see you. I hear you. I feel the same way when it comes to finding a sitter for my dog. Well look no further... REACH OUT TO ME TODAY! I am a lifetime dog owner/lover. In 2009 I discovered my passion for working with dogs and started actively training my dog(s). I fostered dogs for 4 years for a small Pit Bull Rescue. All of my foster dogs received crate training, basic obedience training, and socialization while living with me. I am a Certified Search and Rescue K9 handler with a SAR K9 in training, Zephyr (I am training him) and have certified 1 dog previously (RIP Popeye 2024). I have been involved with K9 SAR Since 2012. I am an active person. I love hiking and walking with dogs! I am a firm believer in incorporating our animals into our everyday lives. I also believe that dogs are at their best when they are given structure (defined play time, exercise/work time, and rest time). Thus, this is what I practice with my dogs and my clients' dogs. I work from home and create my own schedule. I leave home briefly between 7:30am and 8:30 am to take the kids to school/daycare and pick-up between 4:00pm and 5:30pm. I have 1 friendly energetic labrador that is happy to play if your dog wants a playmate. I do not force dogs to interact. If you choose to have your dog mingle with my dog, introductions will be done slowly and interaction will NOT be forced. All dog play/mingle time is supervised by me. Dogs are never left loose together unattended. If dog personalities do not mesh well, I crate and rotate. ~Dogs must be crate trained: I crate dogs at night and when I have to leave home for short periods of time. ~If your dog is well adjusted to car rides (temperatures & activity permitting) I will take your dog with me when I leave the house. ~I feed dogs separately typically in the crate regardless of temperament. ~I closely monitor both of my children (3yrs & 1yr) when around the dogs and teach them appropriate behavior around dogs (ignore until given permission to interact). ~Dog must be child friendly. The dog must be able to coexist, he/she does not have to interact with my children.

“Inga had a lovely time spending the day with Stacey and Avihay and their two doggies. She had a walk and came home calm and happy. She will return to visit them again soon.”

“My pup Charlie was having some real separation anxiety issues while we were gone at work leading to alot of stress and anxiety on our parts. He just had his first week staying with Wayne, Alexandra, and their sweet pup Chance and we couldn't be happier! I could go on and on about what a positive experience this has been especially as first time puppy parents. Wayne is always quick to respond and answered all my question, helping to ease my nervousness. They have both been so sweet with Charlie, who can be nervous about new people, but after 2 days he has made himself at home there. I get multiple updates with pics/videos which is so great. I love seeing all the fun and attention he is getting while we cant be there. He loves running around their beautiful property, hanging out on the deck in the shade, playing with Chance who even shares his toys, and getting some snuggles in too. He comes back one tired pup by the end of the day. We couldnt be happier and have already booked our days for next week and an overnight!”

“Soma is a very kind and caring dog lover and was a gem to watch our pup on Christmas Day! She was also a great communicator and super easy to work with. Would recommend and plan to ask for her help again!”

Ashley M.

“When I met Ashley she was involved in Pit Bull rescue and foster care. It was apparent she had a kind heart and good canine skills. We worked together in Search and Rescue on a K9 team. As her trainer I saw her work hard to accomplish the goals necessary to become mission ready. Obedience and socialization are part of the K9 sign off requirements. Ashley and her K9 partner Popeye excelled in all parts including these skills. Her knowledge of general dog care and training skills are solid. During her time on the team she was always a team player. She actively worked with others to help them complete their goals. She is continuing her SAR career as a handler working with Monterey Bay Search Dogs and CARDA. I highly recommend her for any type of work involving dog care. Your clients would be blessed to have her work with their dogs. Happy Tails!”
