“Kate went above and beyond with our two cats that we had to leave for an extended amount of time. We received multiple updates and fun photos each visit. It gave us such peace of mind to know they were safe and being well taken care of. She even updated us on weather conditions and helped prepare our home for an upcoming storm when we couldn’t return home in time. We will definitely be rebooking Kate in the future and know our two boys will be very excited to see us go!”

About: I’ve had dog, cats, reptiles, and fish pretty much all my life. I love meeting, playing, and taking care of animals. I live to see them happy and comfortable. I tend to get along with animals very well! I have multiple animals that I help take care of daily. They are like my siblings and I love them dearly. I am my family’s pet sitter and would like to expand. I much rather keep the animal(s) in their own home to be the most comfortable. I like to build trust with any animal I come to care for like it is my own.

“I cannot express how grateful I am for Hannah! She came through for me at the very last minute and completely saved the day. From the moment we connected, she was incredibly communicative, kind, and caring. She kept me updated the whole time even while overseas and I could tell she genuinely cared for my cat like her own. I truly appreciate her and will definitely be reaching out again in the future. Highly, highly recommend!!”

“Karen did a great job of taking care of our 17 year old cat who’s a picky eater and needs medication. It was a last min booking and she was quick to set up a meet and greet before we left town. She sent pictures and our kitty was very calm and content when we got home. Thank you so much!”

About: New to Rover, but I started dog-sitting in college. I've taken care of blind senior dogs, puppies, adult dogs, not to mention guinea pigs, chinchillas, cats, turtles...the list goes on!! I work from home until September, so I can take my laptop anywhere. I can be a constant presence during boarding or drop in frequently... your choice! I treat my pets like they're my kids, so your pets would be like my nieces and nephews...lots of fun but I'll give 'em back!!

About: I have pet sat cats and dogs of all different ages. I have 4 cats of my own with one that takes daily medication and another that is a kitten. I have fostered cats and assisted in senior pet care (dogs and cats). I also trained 2 of my cats and when we had dogs, I also trained them. I am very experienced with administering medication and caring for pets of different ages! Three of my cats are fed twice a day, and my elderly cat gets 4 small meals. I work from home so am able to give my cats plenty of attention. I am fairly flexible with my routine and can easily check in on your pet(s) and walk them 2-3 times a day except on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Those days I have to be physically at my job so I can only check on your pet(s) in the mornings before 11am and afternoons after 4pm. My own cats receive a balanced diet of wet and dry food with high-quality omega-3 oil and collagen added to it. My cats are treated as equal family members and have a wide range of enrichment within our house: cat trees, toys, a screened in porch, and forage puzzles. Our elderly cat is on daily medication and is showered with compliments (she is a queen and she knows it!) . I spend time every day playing with all of my cats and snuggling them as much as they like. I am incredibly gentle with animals and respect their space. I try my best to maintain a clean, stress-free environment at home and in the homes I pet sit for. I know how stressful it can be for a pet to meet someone new, so I always move at their speed and respect their comfort. Your pet's safety and trust are a top priority, and I will treat them with the care I give my own cats.

About: I grew up with three dachshunds and now have a sweet Great Pyrenees mix of my own. She is comfortable with pups big and small! I currently work from home, so I have a lot of free time during the week/weekends and would love to help out other animal parents in need! I have a fenced yard and walk my dog everyday! My neighbor also has a pup who loves to play. She loves to play fetch and eat ice cubes!

About: Hello and thank you for considering me to take care of your fur baby! I love animals and have had them all my life. I grew up on a small farm with everything from cats and dogs to goats, chickens, and llamas. At the moment I currently have a senior cat named Jackson who’s living his best indoor/outdoor kitty life. In addition to being an animal lover, I am also a board certified general surgeon! I am comfortable with administering medication and injections if needed. Whether it be going for a walk or stop being by for some chin scratches, I’m your girl! I look forward to meeting you and your pet(s). I currently work full-time so unfortunately and unable to offer weekday boarding. However, I am available for drop in visits and walking services throughout the week. For clients with an enclosed yard, I am happy to go outside to help your pet stretch their legs and play. Otherwise pets will be kept on a leash at all times while on walks.
