About: I have been dog and house sitting for over 4 years. I love animals and will treat your dog like my own. I do have 2 dogs so I understand the importance of routine, especially while their people are away since it may be a confusing time for them. I love exercise so I’m comfortable with dogs of varying energy levels. I work full time but I am available for most mornings/evenings during the week and most weekends. Please contact me to work out specific dates/times :) When I care for dogs, I usually let them run around the house or my fenced in back yard if I’m home. I also have a designated (large) room for them to hang out in if I’m leaving the house or in case they need some quiet time.

When a dog's human returns home and the expression is "oh, it's you" that means our beloved pup is calm, content and secure in the knowledge that everything is fine and someone will always come through the door and take care of walks, food, and lovings. William was absolutely everything I was looking for!! I was in Switzerland for 8 days and was very nervous leaving my pup but I was continuously updated and kept in the loop about visits and how Loki was doing. William was VERY flexible as it was only a few days before my trip that i requested such a lengthy date for William to check in on Loki. I was updated with pictures and was reassured by William on how Loki was eating/drinking and acting every day. Loki absolutely adored Billy from the second they met. I will 1000000% be using Billy in the future for any of my needs with Loki. I couldn’t recommend him enough!!! If you need anyone, Billy is definitely the way to go!

Our animals were very well taken care of during our time away! So thankful to have found someone our pets enjoyed being around and someone who maintained things so well that when we got home late in the evening all we had to do was greet all our animals. Kristian did a phenomenal job with our little Sheba! She’s just a kitten. We’ve only had her about two months and we had our family vacation planned well before we welcomed her into our family so we were a little bit nervous about leaving her, but then I found Rover online and lead me to Kristian and I’m so glad! She took such good care of Sheba while we were away sending updates and pictures. Such a peace of mind… She even took care of our mail which we did not ask her to do but was very helpful since we didn’t have it in hold. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
