Thankfully Lauren provided a few options to ensure we were on our way to our destination on time. Lauren communicated and sent a couple pics and let us know how Spencer was doing. She was flexible re pick up time and we ended up coming to get Spence slightly earlier. Spencer was safe, happy, well walked, interacted with the other dogs and cats just fine.
