Erin was very welcoming and friendly when we met, sent pictures of Ben periodically with brief comments, reported he slept well in his crate, and had him all ready to go at the arranged pick up time. This was the first time boarding Ben with anyone as well as the first time using Rover. I will definitely seek Erin’s services again. She provided safety, love and attention for little Ben.”

I so appreciated Lily's frequent updates, including photos and videos, especially in the first 24 hours. She helped her get comfortable with the environment and soon enough, she was happily playing with the other dogs! Lily continued to send photos and videos, so I could see my pup happy as can be.
