About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs since birth- literally. My first dog used to sleep in my crib with me! I’ve had 12 dogs so far throughout my life, and each one has taught me important lessons about love and responsibility. I couldn’t imagine my life without them. I’ve had dogs of all sizes, breeds, temperaments, and medical needs. I can safely administer medications, provide happy and fun play time, snuggle up on the couch with your pet, and tailor individualized needs based on your requests. I truly enjoy meeting and caring for dogs, and would love to meet yours :) I work full time as a night shift registered nurse and home care nurse in the greater boston area, and would like to make some extra money doing what I love; being around animals. My schedule is different every week, so my availability is very flexible! I am also home during the day when lots of people are away, and work when the world is asleep! I am adaptable to any environment, needs, or requirements for your pet. I am comfortable walking, crating, training, feeding, and administering meds to your pet! All I require is written or typed instructions to ensure it’s done properly and safely!

I can give medication if needed, and I'm also happy to help with baths and nail trims. I've spent time with both puppies and older dogs, and I adjust to whatever each pet needs. For me, caring for animals means real connection through active play, regular walks for dogs, and just paying attention to their mood and comfort. Whether it's a pup who needs to run off some energy, a cat who wants quiet company, or a small animal that needs gentle handling, I'll treat them like my own. I have a very flexible schedule, so I can build my day around a pet's routine: walks, feeding, and medication times, rather than fitting them around mine. Consistency and presence are important to me, especially for animals who do best with a steady routine. I adjust care to each pet's comfort and energy level, including 30 minutes of fetch in a fenced yard, 30- to 45-minute leashed walks, or a leashed hike if they're up for it (if the weather permits). I stay attentive to their routine and needs throughout our time together, and I also offer baths or nail trims for an additional $20 if you'd like.

I have a cat now, fostered a senior dog for a while years ago, and have lots of family and friends with dogs/cats. I also volunteer weekly at my local animal shelter. I work full time as a scientist but my hours are flexible and usually done around 3-4pm I’m currently working full time. However my hours are early and flexible, i usually leave between 3-4pm and will try to accommodate clients based on my availability and work Safety is always a priority.that means House doors locked behind me, windows closed, making sure your pet is fed/walked/played with and are happy when i leave them

We also love to hike if your pet is into that. Otherwise, your pet's needs dictate what I offer to them. If I'm watching them at your home, I try to stay to their schedule as much as possible.
