About: I grew up around cats and dogs all my life; I don't own any myself but I have lots of experience with short-term pet care. This is my first time providing services on Rover, please let me know any questions. I am currently funemployed, and I am available for walks and care with flexibility - I will work with you to arrange a schedule that aligns with everyone. (I'm still figuring this out). In a pet-owner's home, respect and consideration are first and foremost. If I provide service at your home, the only way you should know I was ever there is that your pet(s) haven't made any "messes" anywhere they shouldn't have.

About: I've had numerous variety of pets my whole life, Worked in pet retail for a time, and genuinely feel I understand animals more than people sometimes. Currently I'm between more traditional 9-5 employment, so I have the time and space to give the care needed for the little (or big) ones. I am open to discussing the individual needs of every client, but the basics of walking, feeding, just plain old attention are well within my capacity. About: I've been a dog lover and owner for over 50 years. I currently rent a condo that doesn't allow dogs and I miss The joy of a happy dog. I can work with any dog-from puppies to seniors. I have plenty of time to care and love your puppy/dog! I will also make available weekend visits for your dog in your home. I'm VERY confident your dog will like me because I will treat them like royalty! All of my visits (walks or sitting) must be in your home. I live in a condo that doesn't allow dogs. About: Growing up I started pet sitting long and house sitting long before there were smartphones and apps for it! Once I was old enough, I became a vet tech, then switched careers to dog handler doing training and working with dogs at a daycare as a floor manager. In addition to being a mom, I am now a caregiver to my father. He is a 77 year old disabled Air Force veteran. I am blessed to have the opportunity! However, it also prevents me from adopting a dog of my own since my guy Benj passed away in 2023 at nearly 18 years old. My loss is your gain though, because all that love and experience is looking for another outlet! I’m incredibly flexible. I will try to accommodate with whatever you need! My regular job has mostly a flexible schedule so I can usually make things happen! I will treat your home with the utmost respect and care as I will your family! “Mark has been fantastic! He comes in and greets Charlie as though she is his own. He even deals with her excitement jumping and hand biting which is her way of saying “hi”. He’s been extremely patient with her as she’s been a little weird on her walks and not always the most agreeable. Mark is always very responsive and communicative. I would highly recommend Mark!”

About: We are a trio (Riven, Matt, Jason) that have mostly work from home schedules. We have individual Rover verified profiles, and this one is Rivens. I have lived with cats, dogs, and animals of all sorts my whole life. After growing up on a farm and being a founding member of the local 4H Club, my love for animals continued to fostering through rescues, volunteering, and my own pets such as my now passed 17 year cat named Moya, whom I had had since she was a few months old. We around a lot of dogs over the course of the week, so we are unable to on any dogs that will not do well with others for more than an over night. If you have feline family, I am happy to play with crinkle balls, laser pointers, or be a lap as needed. For boarding, my Matt and Jason (also on Rover) and myself are home 95% of the day and can usually accommodate most pick up or drop off time, frequent potty breaks, and walks. For drop in visits we are avaliable to work in the Shirely and immediately surounding area. We have some flexibility with the schedule that we can work out if you're interested! We offer lots of human and other dog socialization in our home. We have people and dogs visitors in home as well as on walks to parks and rivers.
About: I used to have a German Shepard when I was younger and now have a Wheaton terrier! I also have two cats and have helped pet sit my cousins and family friends pets while they were away for years! I love my pets and I can't wait to love and care for your pets in my home or yours! I am away at college right now but when I ma home for breaks, I take care of my family dog and two cats, help my sisters by watching their dog or cat and help family friends by stopping by their house to check on and play with pets! It is something that I love to do and have always made time for. My family has also had people watch pets within in our which is always more convenient for both you and your pets! I have a large yard, and a fenced in pool area with plants and grass and shade. We have a "mud room" with a gate that can easily stay open or closed. This can be accessed though the house and is connected to a room where my family and I spend a lot of time. It also has a door leading outside, and a door leading the the garage. From the garage we have a another small fenced in area with a dog door!
About: I been a pet owner my whole life. Animals are attracted to my spirituality, love, and reliability. They are in good hands. No stress 😌 My schedule has flexibility and open to make accommodations if some of the days do not fit your schedule. I am able to make arrangements. I have 2 cat furr babies who are well taken care of. One is deaf and it has made me even more patient with animals.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
