“Briana was so great with our anxious 5 year old boxer. She sent us updates and pictures everyday while he stayed with her for a week. Highly recommend Briana to anyone looking for someone to care for your pet. We will definitely use her again!”

“Elaine and her family are wonderful. We just started our relationship with Elaine and Ruby gets excited when she knows she going for a stay and loves being with them. Thank you to Rover for making it possible to find wonderful, caring people like Elaine and her husband to take such great care of our "princess".”

“Recently we lost one of our two dogs. We had a trip planned for only a couple weeks later and had to board our second dog alone for the first time. Gabe was an excellent choice and probably the most knowledgeable in training that we have had so far! He was communicative, responsible, and made us feel completely confident while we were gone! Definitely will be giving him a call again for our trips.”

“Meli was a great sitter! She’s very friendly and attentive. She also has great communication and gave us plenty of updates. I can tell our puppy had a great time while staying with her 😊”

“We were so happy with Melissa and Axel. They took great care of our dog, sent us pictures and updates and their kids gave our dog all the love. We will definitely be rebooking.”

“As always Baxter had a wonderful time with Tracee and family! Such a warm and welcoming home. We feel so lucky to have found you Tracee! Thanks for taking such good care of Baxter!”

“5 stars! My puppy Cora had a lot of fun with Adreana and with her dog Milo. Cora even had a treat at the end of her stay, felt comfortable leaving my dog with Adreana. Thanks!”

“Phillip took such great care of our energetic dog Moose! He made sure all the dogs got along well and his fenced in yard is perfect for dogs who love to play. We would trust bringing Moose back at any time and are really lucky to have found Phillip so we could feel comfortable with a weekend away knowing Moose was having so much fun!”

“Lingwen was AMAZING! She made Nico feel super comfortable at her home and welcomed. Lingwen sent updates and pictures of Nico thought out the stay which we loved. Thank you much again for caring for Nico! If you’re looking for a sitter, do not hesitate to book her. She’s the best :)”

“Absolutely fantastic experience with boarding! Vignesh took wonderful care of Mylo while I was away, sending daily updates including texts, photos, and even videos. This was my first time using Rover to board Mylo, who is a large breed (Bernese Mountain Dog). I was pleased that Mylo seemed incredibly comfortable with Vignesh and his family, and I brought him back home happy and relaxed. Highly recommend Vignesh for anyone in need of a reliable and caring pet sitter!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Northborough
It’s never easy to leave your dog behind when traveling, but Briana made the experience so much easier. I was very pleased with her communication and loved receiving daily pictures. Knowing that my dog was in good hands gave me great peace of mind. I would definitely recommend Briana!

Had a great experience boarding my dog with Gabriel. He made himself available for a meet and greet ahead of time to understand my dog’s needs and temperament. He also sent videos and pictures during her stay. The only thing is that when I picked her up she was extremely thirsty to the point I had to give her water in the car on the ride back, but I can’t confirm if that was because of water not being available there or because of the heat warning.

Chelsea goes above and beyond with our Lumos. He loves staying with her and is well cared for and loved. We don't worry at all when we are on vacation and Lumos is with Chelsea. We love receiving photos of him every day. Highly recommend Chelsea (and her pup, Paisley!)

Melissa is wonderful! We liked her so much that we rebooked with her within a week of picking up our Charlie after a 3 week stay. Charlie had just been diagnosed with hip dysplasia, so we were a little reticent to leave him. Melissa was nothing short of a dog whisperer! She knew just what to do! She sent photos every day, which really put us at ease. Don’t hesitate to leave your fur baby with Melissa! She’s the best!!

Hannah is fantastic! Our dog is anxious around strangers and new dogs, and this was the first time using Rover. Hannah did a great job at easing our minds and sent us a lot of pictures of Loena enjoying herself. I highly recommend her and if needed we will bring Loena again to Hannah!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
