With over 15 years of experience, I also grew up in a household full of pet love! Dogs, cats, ferrets and fish! I spent my tweens riding horses and working on a horse farm. I love animals and enjoy spending my time with them. Some of my past experiences include, Pit Bull Terrier, German Shepard mix, Basenji, Husky, Poodle, and Springer Spaniel, and so many puppies! I have experience with overnight dog care and I am an experienced walker. I'm honest, compassionate, reliable, professional and straight forward in my communications. This ensures a safe and comfortable environment for your pet and open relationship with the pet's parent. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Melissa is wonderful! We liked her so much that we rebooked with her within a week of picking up our Charlie after a 3 week stay. Charlie had just been diagnosed with hip dysplasia, so we were a little reticent to leave him. Melissa was nothing short of a dog whisperer! She knew just what to do! She sent photos every day, which really put us at ease. Don’t hesitate to leave your fur baby with Melissa! She’s the best!!
Melissa was fantastic. Our cockapoo was never lonely and had plenty of company and attention with Melissa and her own dogs and cat at her home. Our dog seemed happy, well fed and well taken care of while we were on our week long vacation. We also enjoyed her excellent communicaton and daily photos and videos of our dog lounging, walking the neighborhood and playing outside. I would definitley recommend Melissa for any pet home stay.
Our dog had a wonderful stay with Melissa and she is a great communicator.
It’s been really great to have Melissa help out with my 3 large breed dogs. She’s always willing to work with me even though my schedule is so unusual and I know I can trust that she has my dogs’ best interests at heart. Very grateful :)
We were in a pinch when our senior dog was sick and unable to use her usual kennel during our trip. Melissa was wonderful and able to help by coming three times a day and giving her walks and everything she needed and more. She was kind, professional, and communicative and sent me pictures during every visit. Thanks so much Melissa!
Lola returned from Melissa's relaxed and calm. I was very impressed with the ease with which Melissa handled Lola, who has bouts of resource guarding from her early years as a street dog in TX. I also appreciated Melissa's flexibility, from short notice up front to having 1 dog instead of 2, which was our original plan. Her house is cozy and welcoming. Thank you, Melissa!!

Schedule
I am home and available full time to give my attention to the fur babies. We relax and watch movies, head out for walks in the neighborhood or to the dog park. Have snacks and naps.

I have small dogs who have free range to roam in a large home and yard so there is plenty room for all! I live in a nice neighborhood with a fenced backyard and nearby trails and a dog parks for play and excerise.

I have small dogs so there is lots of company and play time. Snacks, naps, and walks around the neighborhood or an outing to a local park.
