About: I've taken care of dogs since I was a child growing up in a household full of animals. I'm used to all dog sizes, breeds, and ages, having had a pitbull, chow chow, and elderly dogs myself. I'm here to put your mind at ease that your pet is in great hands :) I'm also a plant lover and have a green thumb, if you need any plant care! I'm currently working remotely, so I can adapt my schedule to your pets needs. Early in the morning, around lunch hours, and after 6pm is best for drop-ins, and my remote work allows me to stay over on nights / house sit if needed. I will always approach your pet however best you recommend - every pet is different, and I want to be sure I respect the ways that work best for them to adjust to having a new person in their home. Of course, I always use a soft voice, treats, and affection to ease them into it.
About: I've had my 2 cats and dogs for 12 years and adore them! I make new feline and canine friends easily so I'm happy to sit/walk yours as well! My work schedule is light right now so I have a lot of availability for sittings and walks and have done this a lot for friends. I can prioritize pet care times and work my grad school schedule around these times. As someone who is able to house sit in client's homes, I will be able to take care of any breed of dog through feeding them and regular potty breaks, and can ensure regular walks/playtime as well.
