About: I have always had a dog growing up. We lost baby to cancer in February and just wanted to keep sharing the love we had for him with others. My schedule is flexible, I am retired and love to share a nice backyard with a five foot fence, snuggle and kisses all day long. Depends on the needs of the dog. About: I’ve happily taken care of dogs of any kind, inside their homes for family and friends for 10 years. I have house sat and done drop ins too. I am currently working full time but we will be home with the pups all evening. I am also able to stop in on my lunch breaks to do mid day potty breaks and some play time. We can usually fit walks, playtime, cuddles and potty breaks around school pick-ups and homestead chores without a problem. I in a quiet, rural area with plenty of space for sniffing and exploring on-leash, but I have a fully secured, fenced in back yard. I have two senior dogs (1 adopted and 1 foster) and farm animals (goats and chickens), but visiting dogs are only introduced if it’s safe and requested. I’m big on structure and clear routines from my Army background, so gates stay latched, doors are checked, and pets are always supervised outside.
