“We have used Alison to care for our 6 1/2 year old shiba inu several times over the last year. Our dog Zoe came to us last year as a puppy mill rescue and due to this was very shy. Alison did a wonderful job making her feel safe and loved. Her home is welcoming to Zoe and she has a secure fenced backyard space for leg stretching and playing. Alison also was quick to address any concerns we may have had due to Zoe's shyness and kept us informed on how Zoe was doing while in her care. Probably one of the best compliments is from Zoe herself. She ate well, which she doesn't do if she's nervous. We've always came home to a happy pup.”

About: Hello! My name is Rachel and I have been a dog lover my entire life. Ever since I can remember, we had dogs. Once I went on my own, it only made sense to continue my journey with canines. I have experienced every bit of life with a pup by my side, and I’m looking forward to all of the new doggo-friends I’ll be able to make in this process. I love to have fun with pups through playtime, training, and leashed-exploring (weather permitting.) I will also follow all dietary, restroom and house rules, as I understand the frustration of having to retrain. My goal is to love your fur baby the same way you would while you’re away. They don’t understand why their family isn’t home, but it’ll be a great chance to make a brand new friend! My daily schedule is completely flexible, dependent on positions filled. We will be able to discuss time needed so all pets receive proper care without neglect. I have a chain-linked fenced in backyard, with a back door leading directly outside. I also have a 15 year old child that has been around dogs and is expected to adhere to all rules pertaining to others’ pets.

“Stella watched my 160lb German Shepherd named Maverick for me while I was on vacation in Florida and I can’t believe how exceptional she was. When I came back, I swear my dog was excited when I walked in, but became less excited when it realized it wasn’t Stella 😂 I think my dog likes her more than me now haha. But I would recommend Stella 100% because she followed all of the instructions I left behind and went above and beyond my expectations.
