About: I have had pets my entire life. From dogs and cats, to reptiles, fish and rodents! I’m very good at training. I have been caring for pets since I was 10 years old, starting with an elderly ladies puppy cocker spaniel. I’m also very patient, and I love activities like walking, and playing. I currently have mornings from 6am-4pm available. I have night classes from 5pm-11pm Monday-Thursday. My weekends are available with open availability being Friday-Sunday I have a fenced in yard, with one dog, one cat, and one Betta! We have a feeding schedule, we take walks, and so mentally stimulating activities such as training and puzzles

Feeding schedule varies on the pet and the preferences of the owner. We provide lots of fresh treats always! About: I have been helping take care of animals since I was five. I grew up with animals in the house and have always made friends with animals. I have not found an animal that doesn’t like me in my 25 years of life. I help take care of many families who request me multiple times in a year. I am a full-time special education teacher who works from 7:30 in the morning to 4:30 in the afternoon. I can stay overnight and do drop ins. The times in between the drop ins would just have to be longer during the day due to not being able to leave work. I spend a lot of time with them when I can because they need that consistency of love and care as if their owners were there. I make sure they go to the bathroom, are fed, and given attention since their owners are gone. I love playing with them if they are animals who enjoy playing with toys.

Shakarra watched our 2 dogs and 2 cats for 2 weeks. I’ve never been away from them for that long. She kept me up to date and was very responsive. I appreciated having someone in our home who everyone was comfortable with. She came over 2 times before actually staying to make sure things were going to work. My dogs took to her immediately. I ran into some travel delays but Shakarra was flexible and kind enough to do an additional stop by to make sure everyone was good.
