“Brooke was very professional and responsive. She arrived promptly and followed our care instructions for Ernie. Based on the pictures she sent, he had a great time with her this weekend!”

“This is the first time I've used Rover.com. I was a bit nervous having a perfect stranger staying in my house. I shouldn't have worried. Shelly was great. My dog is healthy and happy and my house is fine. I was surprised to find she had washed the bedding and towels she used and remade the bed. Thanks, Shelly.”

About: I’ve been passionate about animals my entire life and bring a deep understanding of dogs of all breeds, ages, and temperaments to every pet I care for. I have experience with both puppies and adult dogs, and I’m comfortable adapting to a wide range of energy levels, personalities, and behavioral needs including behaviors such as resource guarding. Whether your dog thrives on structure, needs extra patience, or has a more outgoing and playful nature, I take the time to get to know them individually so I can engage with them in the way that suits them best. I understand that every dog and household has its own routines and expectations, and I’m committed to following any specific instructions or precautions to ensure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. I’m patient, attentive, and also very outgoing, which helps me build trust with dogs while keeping them happy and engaged. I’m also able to administer oral medications if needed and am attentive to any health or behavioral cues. Above all, I treat every pet as if they were my own—with care, respect, and genuine love. I’m new to the area and currently planning my wedding, which gives me a very flexible schedule to dedicate to pet care. Because I’m not working a traditional 9–5 right now, I’m available during weekdays, evenings, and for overnight stays—making it easy for me to give your pets the time, attention, and consistency they deserve. I have experience caring for pets with a wide range of distinct temperaments and understand how important it is to recognize and respect each animal’s unique personality and needs. I’m very mindful of the routines, boundaries, and safety measures that help pets feel secure, and I make it a priority to follow them closely. I treat every home with the same respect and care as I would my own, and I approach each pet as if they were my own as well. My goal is to provide attentive, reliable care while maintaining the natural flow of your home and your pet’s routine—ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away and that you feel comfortable as well.
“Hannah was very flexible, meet n greet, and is kind, confident, and understanding. She clearly has experience with loud and large dogs as well. I would trust her to watch the dogs again!”

I just graduated with my Bachelors in Social Work. I start my Masters program online in August. I will have plenty of time to relax and give your pets all the attention they need. I will keep your pets safe while in your home by watching them when outside to make sure they stay safe. I will keep them away from any harmful substances that may be outside and in the house. At times I take my finance or friend with me for my own person peace of mind especially when it’s late at night.

About: Have been around dogs my entire life. I have siblings with multiple dogs and whenever they are out of town I am always the one they have watch them. Currently just graduated and I don’t start my job until June. I’m free all times of the day and any day of the week works. Spend time with them and make sure they’re are staying out of trouble. Treat every animal the right way when taking care of them at all times.
About: When I was a kid, I helped my grandfather on his horse farm and would take care of the barn cats. Since then, I have lived in a 3 cat household where two of the cats did not get along and created a schedule so they could both be happy. I can bathe a pet myself if needed, as I have done this for my cat Juniper. My grandparents have two smaller dogs Ginger and Cleo I have cared for for a few days. We have fun taking walks and exploring nature. For bigger dogs, when I was in high school, I would help with the neighbors' Bernese mountain dog Abby, and I have spent a lot of time with my aunt A's doodle Bruno. I have also spent time with medium size dogs, as my aunt B has two pitbull mixes, that are very affectionate and love the dog park. I know that all dogs have different needs and I try to met them. This means that with my uncle’s older pup we won’t do any jogging, but with my aunt’s younger doodle we will definitely jog a bit. I work in education and currently have my days free to spend with furry friends. This means I can be flexible when it comes to pet sitting and spending the night. I am a very friendly, clean, and organized person and I’ll make sure that if I am coming over to your home that food is served and any accidents are cleaned up. As long as you give me a list of what needs to happen for your furry friend, I’ll make sure it gets done. From crating your pup to tricking your pet to take their medication For pups, I will ensure they’ll get the amount of walks needed a day, as well as some outdoor playtime with whatever games they like to play. I will make sure that there is no poop left on our path and check to make sure there isn't anything concerning. Plus, I will feed them according to their schedule. For cats, I will ensure that they get two square meals a day and that their water is never empty. I will also pet and play with them as much as they desire because some cats are more recluse than others. I will also scoop out their litter box, and clean out the litter box if needed
“Christina was great stopping in to feed and let my dogs out. She did great with one of my dogs who is very anxious. She also helped feed my guinea pigs while I was away which was very appreciated!”

“This was our first time using Brittney we needed a dog sitter on short notice. We had two meet and greets and felt very comfortable with her. While we were away, she did a great job taking care of all three dogs sending us updates and photos. The dog seemed to enjoy having her around and seemed to be very comfortable with her. We will definitely be using Brittney in the future.”

“Gracie is absolutely wonderful! She is very friendly and easy to work with—she came right out to do an initial meet and greet to see if we were a good fit. She has been just great with our animals, clearly spending a lot of quality time with them, and she has been very reliable and responsive with communicating. Gracie is a great house guest too—she left the house in pristine condition ! We felt very comfortable leaving our home and animals in her care for the first time, and will be definitely be using her again. We highly recommend her services 😁”

“Gigi was fantastic with our dog Oscar! You can tell she loves dogs and they love her back. She stayed in our home for a week while we were in Europe and it made our travels so much easier knowing our home and dog were in caring hands. Gigi provided detailed updates and cute pictures every day. She was very respectful of our home and we would hire her again in a heartbeat!”

“Janell was absolutely wonderful! We have five pets (two large dogs and three cats) who, while all lovely, can be a lot to manage all together. Janell took everything in stride and was an excellent caretaker while we were out of town! She was extremely communicative, sent plenty of pictures, and was very conscientious about their care. She also was very respectful of our home and left everything in great shape! There’s nothing better than knowing your pets are in good hands while you’re out of town and coming home to a happy and cared for crew, and Janell definitely fits that bill. We would absolutely have her watch our pets again!”

“Bekah is great! We booked our first over-night stay (3 nights) and we couldn't be happier. Our doggos & cat were so excited to be in our own home while we were out of town rather than being boarded. Bekah came recommended from our niece and are so glad she gave us her name. She love animals and they love her! One of our dogs is a real scaredy cat, barking & cowering when he meets new people, but Bekah came in and he went right up to her when we did our meet and greet. We will definitely be booking with Bekah again when we go out of town.”

Shakarra watched our 2 dogs and 2 cats for 2 weeks. I’ve never been away from them for that long. She kept me up to date and was very responsive. I appreciated having someone in our home who everyone was comfortable with. She came over 2 times before actually staying to make sure things were going to work. My dogs took to her immediately. I ran into some travel delays but Shakarra was flexible and kind enough to do an additional stop by to make sure everyone was good. She tidied up the house before she left which was icing on the cake for our arrival home. I feel so grateful to have found a great pet sitter on the first go around.
