I was a bit nervous because our dog, Ava, can be skittish and barky with new people, but Leah handled the meet-and-greet perfectly and asked great questions. Despite Ava not making the best first impression, Leah wasn't hesitant at all and accepted the booking. Within just three hours of the stay starting, Leah and Ava were already friends! Leah is a great communicator, met all our dogs' needs, and was incredibly respectful of our home. We felt completely at ease during our trip. I work full time but have time to come take care of your animals. I deliver for a third party Amazon company that doesn't start until 11am. I treat all animals the same, with love and compassion. If needed, I can come meet them beforehand to get them comfortable with seeing me before being stuck with them without you there.
