“This was my first time having Colene come to visit and walk my sweet girl and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She had excellent communication and showed my little Lula some love and attention while I had to be away for the day. Will be using again!!”

About: I’ve had a dog growing up my whole life, I’ve never been bit by a dog or have ever had a negative experience with a dog. I understand that while it is a major part of your family it is still an animal no matter what. I’m not going treat it like a fur baby cuddle toy. They will be loved and cared for. My word. Not working right now, would love to help out during the day and during the week. I am more than happy to accommodate certain times and dates for an agreed amount. My studio apartment is small, I live on a first floor apartment with only one set of stairs to the exit. Also an elevator to the base floor is available without requiring need for steps if necessary.

“Gabrielle did a great job taking care of Moose! I am so grateful to have someone that can check on him during the day while i’m at work. Gabrielle communicated with me before and after the visit, and has shown professionalism. Definitely would recommend her to others seeking help with their pets!”

“Lizzie has been a great help walking our little cavapoo. She is very punctual, responsive, and caring. She left a detailed report from her walk with our dog along with some very cute pictures. We will definitely be using her in the future for all our dog walking needs.”

Key responsibilities include providing food and water, taking pets to vet appointments, taking dogs out for a walk, and providing companionship. I love animal and i spare my extra time at the animal shutter I was volunteering at san jose animal shutter since the beginning of this year till i relocate to east bay . • I took dogs out for walks on predetermined routes, ensuring their safety and well-being all through. • Properly cleaned kennels and disposed of waste. • Checked pets for signs of disease or distress, and communicated concerns to pet owners. I am neat , organized and occurrent.my availability is flexible . > I also provide house sitting duties which included: collected mail, newspaper and packages; watered plants; put garbage/recycling bins out on designated days. . Perform oral or skin medications Incorporating pet care into my daily or weekly routine is all about organization and passion for ensuring your pets are happy and well-cared for. Each day starts with checking in on my pet clients, assessing their needs, and personalizing care based on their routines. Whether it's morning walks, playtime, feeding, or administering medications, I schedule these activities to ensure consistency. Throughout the week, I maintain regular communication with pet owners to provide updates and reassure them about their pets' well-being. This structured approach allows me to balance multiple clients while giving each pet the individual attention they deserve. Ultimately, pet care is a fulfilling part of my routine that brings joy and connection! I can easily crate your dog if it needed . Pets have plenty of room to explore and feel at ease. In my home there is a pace , routine , and safety

“Gaby is awesome all around and attentive to my dog, Emmy’s, specific needs and personality. She is a very clear and prompt communicator, and goes the extra mile for your dog!”

About: I absolutely love working with dogs! I have at least 9 years of experience taking care of dogs and cats! I volunteered in the cattery in Humane Society and walking dogs as well. I work remotely and can flex my schedule to spend time watching pets or walking your dog. I am very flexible and I can easily work with your scheduling. I have a backyard, but I prefer to walk dogs frequently and take them outside myself for fresh air and outdoor play. We have only 1 pet rabbit, and keep him separated when there is a furry house guest.

“I would highly recommend Maelee. She has walked Scout multiple times now and is always on time and a great communicator. Plus the cute pictures after the walk are always an added bonus 😊”

About: Our prices indicate we obviously don't do it for the money. We do it for the company of the animals and to give us something to do that we truly enjoy. Between the two of us one of us is always home. Ed is a retired firefighter and second career nurse, while Ashley is a current working nurse. My partner and I work as nurses, we schedule ourselves so we don't over lap, making it easy to always have one of us available almost 24/7 to drop in! We are comfortable going and playing with your cats, dogs, mice, fish, dinosaur... Ya know, whatever you have! We can be there to keep them happy while your away on vacation! We send TONS of pictures because we know it's nerve-racking to leave them alone.

About: I seem to be a magnet for anxious dogs and cats! Both my senior cat and adolescent dog have behavioral issues/anxiety, and while it has its challenges, I find bonding with these guys can be the most rewarding experience. Between slow, gentle movements, not rushing a bond, and having lots of treats on hand, I've learned that "difficult" personalities don't always have to be so hard. I work 8-5 on weekdays, with Mondays and Fridays being working-from-home days. I can easily incorporate lunch-time and evening visits into my schedule during the week with open availability on weekends. After adopting an anxious/reactive dog, my partner and I have invested countless hours into a training program that works for us. Through this experience, I've learned the power of positive reinforcement, consent for touch, and patience even when it's the most difficult to find it. I'm a huge believer in redirecting unwanted behavior rather than punishment of any kind. Love and respect is the driving force behind all of my interactions with animals!

“Anna did an amazing job with Maple! She was so communicative and really eased my anxieties being so far from home. Will definitely be using her services again, and recommend her to anyone looking for care!”

About: Hi, I’m Sharon! My sweet little rescue hound is my world, but I love ALL animals! And plants too. I love going for walks, playing tug-o-war, running around the backyard, and playing hide and seek with treats for my pup. 🐶 All dogs are welcome in our home! Piper loves making new friends and is both friendly and submissive. I am attentive to the needs of all dogs and am happy to work with any special needs your pup has. Our yard is big and grassy for romping around and exploring. It is fenced in, but I keep a careful eye out just in case. I have a flexible schedule and can take special requests. Please set up an appointment in advance so I can meet your pup and get to know their needs before you leave them in my care! I’m flexible and open for all pets that need care. Please reach out with specific requests as my schedule will largely revolve around your pet’s needs. This world isn’t built for pets— they rely on us to meet their physical, social, and emotional needs. My biggest priority is the well-being and happiness of each pet! I provide walks, cuddles, play time, and lots of love. I’m responsible with routines and individual pet needs. I’m comfortable with specialized diets, medications, and owner preferences.

About: *** Starting Tuesday, September 2nd, I’ll be starting my new job! Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. I've raised, trained, and loved my dog Penny for 11 beautiful years. Unfortunately, due to her cancer, I had to say goodbye to Penny June of 2025. She was the light of my life and I miss her dearly. With the house empty, and lots of time on my hands, my heart is now ready to help pups relax, play, and feel lots of love! This home is a cozy oasis for pups of all ages! Plenty of blankets to choose from and a huge couch to relax on. Said couch even has the perfect view of the bird feeder that the local critters give a big 5 stars. A see through fence that keeps dogs safe while not obstructing their view of the beautiful scenery. They might even catch a glimpse of the deer and turkey that pass by daily! At the moment, I am unemployed, so I am available for any time or day. While I was working, and Penny was still around, my daily routine would consist of waking up at 5am, dropping Penny off at grandmas (my mom), going to work, picking Penny up around 3pm, getting home and preparing both of our dinners, some couch and tv time, going for a walk, and depending on the weather, spending the evening out on the front patio. Within my own home and clients home, fresh water must always be available. I consistently check door locks, ovens, and plug-in objects that create heat such as heated blankets, coffee makers, toasters, etc. I never let smoke alarms be left at low battery.

About: Hi! I’m a proud husky dad who recently moved to Grand Rapids and I’m excited to meet all the fluffy friends in the area. I believe every dog deserves kindness, structure, and a bit of fun along the way. My style? Positive reinforcement with clear boundaries—lots of praise, gentle guidance, exercise, and treats (when earned!). Whether your pup needs a calm walk, some high-energy play, or just someone who gets their quirks, I’m here for it. In my free time, I volunteer at the local shelter walking dogs and helping out however I can. I’ve raised my husky since he was 4 months old—so I understand the ups and downs of house training, daily exercise, and building trust. From basic obedience to fun tricks like “play dead,” I’ve trained my own dog with patience and love. I aim to create a safe, relaxed, and fun environment where dogs feel at home—even when they’re away from it. If you’re looking for someone who’ll treat your dog like family, I’d love to help. Let me know what your pup needs—I’ll take care of the rest. 🐾 As a house dad, I have a flexible and consistent schedule while my partner works full time. I’m available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM, which makes me a great fit for weekday walks, drop-in visits, or play sessions. I’m looking to use that time for something active and meaningful—and spending it with dogs is the perfect way. Please note: I’m currently unavailable for boarding, but I’m happy to provide dependable daytime care during the week. I know how much your dog means to you—mine means the world to me too. I keep things calm and easy so your pup feels safe and relaxed. I take my time, earn their trust, and make sure they’re comfortable and happy the whole time we’re together.

Melissa S.
“I've known Melissa for many years, and in that time I've seen her interact with animals in ways that are always genuinely caring and loving. It's probably easy to write a testimonial for anyone and say "they love animals" but in Melissa's instance not only does she love animals but she truly sees each one as the beautifully unique individuals they are. Often I've seen an animal just gravitate toward her, and a warm connection is quickly established. Having cared for many animals in her life, including her own, Melissa holds the animal's health and general well-being as paramount, and sees it as a mission and responsibility to ensure they are safe and happy. I would not hesitate in allowing Melissa to provide services for any beloved pet!”

I regularly get to see how loved her pup, Piper, is by pictures and videos (I also get glimpses of her cute little guinea pigs too!). Sarah has been wonderful to work with. I was really impressed with her attention to detail when we first met, and she was friendly and kind, to me and my pup. My mother was visiting during my pups walks, and she even commented how much she liked Sarah. I’m excited to continue to book Sarah for dog walks and pet sitting! I was especially happy how much she enjoyed large dogs, with my Shepard mix pushing 90 lbs :)

Amazing!!! He genuinely cared about my dog’s well being & sent pics with constant communication. I had Binx stay at Whiskers resort & hired Joshua for daily walks which helped him tremendously, even whiskers said it helped my high energy, nervous boy. Thanx again for taking Binx to a beautiful park & not just a sidewalk AND for picking up that xtra day
