About: I seem to be a magnet for anxious dogs and cats! Both my senior cat and adolescent dog have behavioral issues/anxiety, and while it has its challenges, I find bonding with these guys can be the most rewarding experience. Between slow, gentle movements, not rushing a bond, and having lots of treats on hand, I've learned that "difficult" personalities don't always have to be so hard. I work 8-5 on weekdays, with Mondays and Fridays being working-from-home days. I can easily incorporate lunch-time and evening visits into my schedule during the week with open availability on weekends. After adopting an anxious/reactive dog, my partner and I have invested countless hours into a training program that works for us. Through this experience, I've learned the power of positive reinforcement, consent for touch, and patience even when it's the most difficult to find it. I'm a huge believer in redirecting unwanted behavior rather than punishment of any kind. Love and respect is the driving force behind all of my interactions with animals!

I also love to take pictures to send when you're away because everyone needs to see their fur baby while they are away. About: I have Two dogs of my own (shared custody) and have had dogs my entire life. As of the past few years I have house and pet sat for my friends, coworkers and family and have really enjoyed it! I work 10 minutes from my home, so going back and forth isn’t an issue so I’m able to do frequent potty breaks and walks throughout the day. I have a large yard and a very large park next to my house. There are plenty of walking areas around me that are safe and accessible. My apartment is very large and very pet friendly!

I understand that this is your fur child and I will treat it like it was my own. I can cook if needed. I can handle dogs of all breeds and ages. I have a German shepherd husky pitbull mix, so I can handle high energy dogs.I can provide the human interaction for your pup while you are away! I loves all pets! I do odd end jobs, this allows me to be flexible and do pet sitting as much I am needed. I am will to drive to your home but no overnight stays. I have my own pup that I need to stay with. I can crate and medicate your pup if needed. I have no problem being at your home for as long as your baby needs me to be. I can transport if a park visit is required I have a large van with a bed for your pup to relax in.
