About: I have grown up with animals, and have cared for friends/ family member’s animals for as long as i can remember. Family members, close friend’s and their family have relied on me to care for their fur babies for their daily care while they go on vacation or need extra help during busy seasons. I am working part-time, but I am available to assist on most weekends and weekday evenings. Also, on occasions I can assist during weekday mornings. I live in the West Side of Grand Rapids- friendly neighborhood, with an open back yard that fur babies love and I live near a dog park. I am also adaptable and love finding new walking trails/routes. About: I’ve taken care of my family’s animals, as well as neighbors’ and friend’s pets for as long as I can remember! I am comfortable with a wide range of needs including reactivity, fear based aggression, epilepsy, old age, daily medicine, and more. I also have a cat of my own so I am a big fan of cat sitting:) I’d love to hang out with your pets and give them the care they need while you’re away. I just moved back to Grand Rapids and am looking for a part time job. Currently, I am available everyday for either sittings, drop-in visits or walks! Whatever your needs are I can work around your schedule. I care for pets by feeding them when they’re supposed to be fed, taking them on walks and giving them the love and affection they deserve. I am well versed at reading body language to know what they need.
“Thanks, Tyler, for taking care of my girls again. They seem to be very comfortable with you, and I know you give them lots of attention. Thanks, also, for having the house clean when I returned.”

Black Hills pet parents share their Rover experiences
Angela has been consistently walking/feeding my dog a few times a week and takes awesome care of her. She recently stayed with her for a few nights, and it was very easy to leave my dog in her care. I can’t say enough good things about Angela and would highly recommend her!

Michelle was a super caring, attentive and trustworthy dog/house sitter. She sent me daily pics and updates and left the house neat and tidy. She is responsive to texts, and very punctual. I would definitely recommend her and will use her many times in the future. Thanks Michelle!

We are so thankful we found Jenna! She stayed with our dog and cat for a few days and took such wonderful care of them. She kept us updated with multiple photos throughout the day and was incredibly patient with our reactive dog, who can take time to warm up—but he felt comfortable enough to sleep with her the very first night! We’re so appreciative of the amazing care and attention she gave our boys.

Jenny is a total sweetheart and went above and beyond for us and our cats while we were away for the weekend. She took on the challenge of getting a cat in and out of a onesie and a cone, and made sure our little guy was well taken care of. I would recommend Jenny to anyone who needs someone to stay at their home or pop in. She is welcome to watch our fur babies anytime!!

Amanda did a meet and greet with us first which made us feel confident in our decision to hire her for a house / pet sit. She did a great job communicating with us and even took the time to update us on our pets’ well being with photos. I would definitely book with Amanda again!

Kasidee was amazing! She went above and beyond sending us pictures and videos. Our dogs loved her! She made sure our elderly dog was taken care and made sure both our dogs got lots of cuddles. We highly recommend! We could enjoy our vacation knowing she was taking such good care of our little fur babies!
