About: Having been surrounded by animals for the majority of my youth, I was gifted with a passion for creatures of all kinds. Early on, I was tasked with petsitting for family members. I have now started pet sitting for family friends, colleagues, and others. I am looking to expand my reach, looking for more opportunities to give my time to this passion. I am a college student studying Biology at GRCC. I have weekends and Fridays off. When I am not at school, my schedule is pretty flexible. After class, I have quite a bit of time, perfect for dog walks, check ins, or anything your pet may need! When house sitting, I do not mind staying over on weekdays. I will still have school, most classes being 3 hours long, with the exception of my Tuesday class which is 6hrs. If you have questions on when my classes get out, what my schedule may look like, or any thing else, please feel free to reach out! Safety and communication is number one for me. I have always made sure to keep a good connection with any pet owners I may be sitting/walking for. I have a good understanding on how an animal may react in stressful situations and how to de-escalate a situation. A pet’s safety and health is incredibly important to understand when working with animals.

About: I’ve had pets in my life since the day I was born. I grew up with dogs, cats, birds, fish, hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs and even ducks! These days I have a dog (3 years old) and a cat (11 years old). I had a second cat who passed in 2022 from illness, so I have experience caring for animals of all ages and health. I am reliable, patient and caring with animals and will treat your pets like my own! My schedule is flexible and I am able to travel in the Grand Rapids area. I am also available on weekends! At our house, my dog goes potty either off leash in our backyard or on leash while we walk around the neighborhood. About: I've had dogs in my home all my life. I have experience caring for a variety of breeds and sizes. I love dogs and will care for each one with whatever is needed. I'm not afraid to try something new. I create stories and share them with others. Whether it's through my YouTube channel or publishing books, I enjoy stories. I may even read to my pets my stories or other stories just for fun! I have a fenced yard, and currently have two puppies (about 1 year) that are staying for now. We have a dog crate, so I can move them around as needed. We're hoping to get a puppy of our own again when these young ones move out. I do have vision and hearing issues, which can result in some trouble seeing or balance issues. I can handle big dogs, but smaller is naturally easier.

About: I grew up around a lot of animals and learned from a young age how to properly care for chickens, dogs, frogs, fish, cats, bunnies, and rats. I enjoy the company of pets and have never had a pet not enjoy my company. I have a very open schedule as I have graduated and am taking some time off from school. About: I’ve been around animals my whole life and started caring for them on my own when I was 10. I’m now 30 and have lots of experience with both dogs and cats, as well as some exotic pets. I currently have one dog and one cat who I adore. I’m comfortable giving medications since my own cat takes daily pills for a chronic condition, so I understand the importance of gentle, reliable care. I truly love animals and always enjoy spending time with them, whether it’s playtime, walks, or just hanging out. I’m currently working from home and have flexible hours, so I can be pretty flexible about when I’m available during the weeks! I’m usually busy on weekends but I don’t mind a weekend request. If I’m available I will be there! At home I have backyard space at my townhouse where I can take my dog/other dogs out to use the bathroom! When I’m on my lunch break I can take dogs for walks around the block to get some exercise in for both myself and any dogs I’m watching 😊 When I go to clients homes I am happy to play with the pets, spend some time with them, and take them on a fun walk to burn off some energy!

About: I am a vet assistant for a mobile vaccine company and just enjoy aniamls and just can't get enough of them. I want to let you have me time and know your babies are in good hands. I work weekends mostly so I am free during the week alot and can even to weird 3rd shift hours if needed. Very flexible when I can be. I like to try and meet up before the sitting so I can know how your pet is taken care of so I can keep them in the same routine even when your gone.

For longer stays, if your pets are comfortable with other dogs and we’ve had a successful meet and greet, I would ask to bring along my friendly 2-year-old rat terrier. He's well-socialized and loves making new friends. If your dog is staying at my home, they’ll be part of a fun, friendly environment! I live with my roommate who has a sweet 4-year-old poodle mix, and both of our dogs are playful, well-behaved, and love having company. We also have a large, fully fenced backyard—perfect for playtime, fresh air, and zoomies.
