About: When I was growing up in South Korea, I was convinced that I had taught my dog how to write. Apparently I was wrong, but I still see our furry friends as my little sisters and brothers and love spending quality time with them. As a lifelong dog owner, I have experience taking care of dogs of all ages, from puppies to elders. Wherever I go and however I feel, meeting a dog always makes me so happy and brings a real smile to my heart. I'd be delighted to get to know your pup and make them feel right at home. I'm a teacher and I want to fill my summer vacation with dogs. I teach online classes from home over the summer, so I can give your pup the love and attention s/he needs. My schedule is flexible, so I'm also available to cover for emergencies and last minute plans. My highest priority is to treat your dog just the way you want them to be treated. My partner and I live in a quiet apartment right next to Rock Creek Park and have easy access to trails, sidewalks, and a dog park. I'm happy to come to your home as well. By default, I will probably send you too many photos of your dog during our time together (but they'll all be very cute photos, of course).

When a friend asked me to take care of her little Corgi, I was nervous - I'm more of a cat person and I'm a complete beginner with dogs. So I invited Kukjin to help me out and I couldn't have made a better choice. She is the most loving and patient dog caretaker that I have even seen. My friend's Corgi is still a puppy so he was very playful. Kukjin knew exactly how to play with him. They bonded instantly and had so much fun together. She was also incredibly attentive to the puppy's needs and understood them very well. There was one night that the puppy refused to sleep and just wanted to hang out in the sofa. Kukjin played with him until he settled down and even spent the night curled up on the sofa with him. It was the sweetest thing ever! If you’re looking for someone who will care for your dog like family, Kukjin is the one. I would trust her with any dog, any time, and I can’t recommend her highly enough!”

Tim and Mirjam were very easy to coordinate with and took good care of our dog! We were in town visiting and had to attend an appointment that we couldn’t take our dog to, so we were lucky to find Tim and Mirjam. They watched our dog for about half a day and kept us updated and sent photos throughout that time. They were flexible and accommodating with the pick up and drop off times as well!
