About: Animals have been a lifelong part of my world, from volunteering with humane societies and animal sanctuaries to caring for dogs in my own home. With years of experience caring for animals and as a dog owner myself, I understand how important it is to know your pet is in loving, trustworthy hands when you can’t be there. About: I've been around animals most of my life and have spent lots of time taking care of them whether they be my own, friends, or relatives I generally don't have anything going on most days so I'm usually available. Tuesdays and Thursdays are busy but if it's after 5pm I can stop by if needed. If they are low energy I usually stay inside with them, take them out when needed, make sure they have water, fed at the right time, etc. If they're high energy then I take them for a walk, play in a fenced yard, nearby dog park, or if there is a good place inside the house to do so then maybe there as well. It all comes down to what the pets need at what time.

About: I currently have 2 dogs of my own that I’ve had since puppies, so I understand both the fun and responsibility that come with caring for pets. I’m especially comfortable with medium and large dogs, young and energetic dogs, and dogs who need a little patience while they get comfortable with a new person. I have experience with everything from puppy energy and leash manners to post-surgery care. I know that every dog has their own quirks, preferences, and rules, and I’m happy to follow your instructions closely rather than assuming what works for my dogs will work for yours. I’m also a physician assistant; being dependable, detail-oriented, observant, and calm in unexpected situations comes naturally to me. While my medical background is human rather than veterinary, I’m comfortable following detailed medication or care instructions and paying attention to changes in behavior or condition that may need to be brought to an owner’s attention. Most importantly, I treat pets as members of the household rather than a chore to check off a list. I want your dog to get the exercise, attention, affection, and consistency they’re used to while you’re away. I currently have a very flexible schedule which gives me plenty of availability for dog walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting throughout the week. I’m able to accommodate daytime, evening, and weekend care, and I can often be flexible with timing depending on your pet’s usual routine. I’m currently taking a couple online courses finishing my doctorate, so most of my schedule can be arranged around pet-care commitments. I’m happy to care for pets in their own home, where I can follow their normal routine as closely as possible, including feedings, walks, medications, crating, and any household-specific instructions. I know many pets are most comfortable in their own environment, so I’m careful to respect both their routine and your home. For pets staying with me, I have a fenced yard on an acre of land at a dead end quiet street. I have 2 friendly, higher-energy dogs of my own; I would always want to make sure personalities and play styles are a good fit before having dogs spend extended time together, and I’m comfortable using crates or separate spaces when needed. I pay close attention to secure doors and gates, leash safety, feeding instructions, interactions between pets, and any behavioral or medical concerns you let me know about. My goal is to keep things calm, safe, and as consistent with your pet’s normal routine as possible.

About: I have taken care of dogs ever since I was a child- my dad rescued my dog, rosie, when I was 9 years old. I know all of the responsibilities that come with raising a furry friend, and I will gladly face any challenges in order to improve my skills and service. I am honored to work alongside you, as well as your dog. I work part-time, as I attend high school. I am avaliable 5-7am and 4-12pm on weeknights. I am also avaliable to spend the night, too. I care for dogs, as cats are not yet in my field of experience. I am able to run, walk, feed, love and give attention to your fur babies as needed. In addition, I am prepared for any mess and will always leave the house tidied and cleaned up.

About: I have been fascinated by animals all my life and deeply care for all of them. My family always had at least 1 dog at home and we would often have other animals such as fish, a chameleon, or a stick bug. I frequently helped care for other pets around the neighborhood when asked to do so and still enjoy stopping to say hi to many of them on walks. Most of my experience, however, comes from my work history. I have worked almost exclusively at various kennels since I was old enough to work at around 16. While the vast majority of the animals I cared for were dogs, I also got some experience with cats, birds, and even rabbits once or twice. Because of my prior work experience, I am very good at handling dogs of all kinds and don't get grossed out by messes. I am a college student at Western Washington University. So, starting on the 23rd I will be available after 11am M&F, after 1:30 T&Th, and after 5 on W. The Weekends I should be completely free unless I have plans. Within these available times I can show up as needed to care for your pet. For walks I will initially say hi and give your pup some pets as I gear them up for their stroll. As far as the walk itself goes, I will always let the dog go at their own pace and will generally try and be out for around an hour in your neighborhood unless I am requested not to. For walk-ins and house sitting I will begin by giving your doggo some cuddles before quickly letting them outside to go potty. Afterwards I will scan the house or crate for messes and clean any that may have surfaced. Following cleanup I will take them out to either play or go for a walk depending on owner preference and then feed them according to owner specifications (Feeding and exercise can be interchanged depending on timing and instruction). In this time I can also send updates to you about how everyone's doing! From there I will likely either sit with the pet for a little and leave if I am just checking in or try and do some school work or something if I am house sitting. About: Hello! I can’t wait to help out and take care of your pets. I’m from Duvall, WA, and grew up with two dogs and a cat. My dog Ginger was an Australian Bulldog (known for their allergies), so I have experience getting creative when it comes to giving medication and applying ear drops. My second dog, Reese, was a Havanese. We adopted him when he was already a senior—his previous owners had become too old to care for him. Even though Reese was an old man, he still had plenty of energy, though his favorite thing was simply sitting beside us and being petted. Growing up in Duvall, many of my friends had pets too—not just cats and dogs, but also horses, goats, and chickens. I helped out with them from time to time, giving me a wide range of experience with different animals. I’m looking forward to meeting your furry family members! I currently am full-time student at Western Washington University and work part-time remotely. I don't have a car that is always assessable so I will be relying on the bus/walking majority of the time. My current class schedule is MW: 9AM-4PM AND F: 11AM-4PM. I live in a 2 story townhouse with a small back patio. I have kept small and large dogs here without any issue. Usually I take dogs on a bathroom walk around the neighborhood, and for running or hiking, take them on trails. I have a running/bungee leash I use for running, but can use whatever harness, collar, and leash is preferred by the dog and owner. I have room for a crate if needed for overnight stays, but it would need to be provided as I do not own one. I have an SUV, and room for a dog bed and can hold a large dog in the back to transport for hikes or trail runs as needed.
