About: I’ve always dabbled in pet sitting for the fun of traveling and meeting new breeds. Now that I’m semi - retired, I've discovered a new joy in providing care without the pressure of outside responsibilities. Having nowhere else to be means I can spend hours with your pets, letting them set the pace on our walks, and offering endless cuddles, allowing me to form trusted connections with every animal I watch. It is not that pet care fits into my life as much as pet care IS my life. It is breakfast, walk or read (depending on the species), groom, pet, games, naps, then dinner and repeat until bedtime. In follow the outline provided by the pet parent to work through the pet’s familiar daily routine. For dogs, I emphasize exercise and with cats, I emphasize stillness. For both, we find a compromise 😂

About: I have taken care of dogs and a wolf hybrid breed for the last ten years. My background is mostly helping with furr children with difficult behaviors. I work full time during the week but love walking/hiking on the weekends. I need a buddy to go with! Parks are my favorite location! I am an attentive care giver and treat them as my own. About: I genuinely love spending time with our four legged furry friends, whether that is relaxing giving them pets and ear scratches or going on a fun little adventure out in nature. I know every dog has their quirks and I like to learn them so that I can ensure the best care and also comfortably of the animal. My schedule is currently wide open. I am able to provide any care needed. For daily routine, I typically go on one or more walks or outdoor excursions. I have a fenced in yard. There is another dog that lives in my home, but he is friendly and other animals are welcome as long as they are friendly as well.

About: I grew up in a household full of cats, dogs, birds, reptiles and fish. My first pet as a wee one was a Tarantula name Suzie. Since moving to Whidbey Island 11 years ago I have worked professionally to care for animals on a number of levels from Dog Runner to Veterinarian Technician. Though I don't have any fur-babies currently, my husband and I heartbreakingly lost our two beloved fur-kids to cancer since moving here - a Husky mix and a Pitbull mix, I still find joy in caring for others' pets. From cuddles & cookies (if diet allows) to exercise & basic training (if warranted and wanted) I am here for you and your beloved pet. I can also administer medications if needed. I am primarily offering dog walking and drops-ins at this time. I am open to discuss any house sitting needs, if my schedule is open to accommodate them. I know pets are more comfortable being in their own home with familiar surroundings, sights and smells. I am respectful and mindful of your property and will treat your home as I would my own when providing drop-in visits, walks with your dog(s), as well as over night stays with your pet(s) in your home. When on walks I will provide as much energy as your dog needs, slow leisurely walk around the neighborhood or a run around the block. About: I’ve been around all animals almost all my life and have always had the biggest love for them. I have also worked at veterinary offices and love almost every part of it :) I am currently doing online courses for school at skagit valley college and have an open schedule to help out with any type of animal care :) I have a fully fenced back yard that dogs would love and hardwood floors inside my house for when they are inside. I am fully capable of taking care of the animals however wanted :)

About: I owned three large dogs from 1978 to 2014. I had an Australian shepherd from 1978 to 1996. A black lab from 1984 to 1999. An aussie from 1997 to 2002. A black lab from 2000 to 2014 and and aussie from 2007 to 2014. I moved from Ohio to Seattle in 2014. I found homes for my dogs when I moved here. I have had 3-5 horses since 1978 and still own one. Very comfortable with both dogs and horses. I am retired so I am very flexible to stay at your house and take care of dogs and feed and clean stalls for the horses. I am adding people to give me references. I have been dog sitting for 50 years. I enjoy house sitting with dogs and nake sure they are loved.

About: I grew up with dogs and love them! I can handle feedings, walks, play time, and so on. I can do pet meds on a case by case basis. I work full-time, and primarily remote. If local, I can do morning, midday, or/and evening check-ins and walks. I can do overnight care in pet’s home, if hypoallergenic dog :) If I have access to wifi to work remotely, I’m also happy to stay there during the day to let your pup out. I can easily put dogs on leash/harness for walks and clean up after your dog. I can follow specific instructions for your dog and your home!
