Pet Lover with Lots of Experience!
My pet care experience began when I joined a humane society volunteer program where I worked for 6 years and became a shift lead. Later, I worked at a doggy daycare and overnight pet hotel. There I worked with specific dog’s needs and care as well as managed a group of up to 60 free-roaming dogs (yes, it was as amazing as it sounds) I have worked as a pet sitter and dog walker for most of my life, and I have experience with a variety of breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I have also worked with horses for most of my life and in the summers I care for horses on a large farm. They are pretty much a bunch of big, funny, puppies. I am formally trained in: -Dog first aide and CPR -Dog, cat, and small animal body language and care -Dog Bathing -Basic obedience training

Stella is a fantastic, responsible, and flexible dog sitter and walker. Our dog is so comfortable with Stella and loves spending time with her that I think she (our dog) is sad when we come home and Stella has to leave! Stella is very knowledgeable about animal care and has helped us several times with informing us on how best to clip nails, how to train our dog to walk better on a leash and what things we should avoid feeding her to keep her healthy and happy. It is so stressful to find someone you trust to stay with your little furry family member and I feel 1000% confident and comfortable every single time Stella is with our pup, which has been many times over the last 6 years. I know that when our pup is with Stella, she is getting so much love, care, and having such a fun time. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend.

I am currently a recent WWU graduate working a part-time job. Being in my gap year after school, most of my time is flexible and social. I’m looking to fill some of my free time working with cute pets!

While I do have a good foundation in general pet care, pet safety, and dog behavior, I prioritize the individual needs of the dog. I may have experience with many pets but no one knows your dog better than you. Care, to me, is about open communication and making sure your pup is happy!
Typowy dzień
A typical day includes a good balance of physical exercise, mental exercise, and TLC! An average day might include a fun walk to a new place, some relaxing cuddle time, playing with toys, and a mental puzzle or game. Depending on your pup’s energy levels, we could do a hike or a movie on the couch!
