I have grown up with dogs, cats, rabbits, and reptiles my entire life. For the last 5 years I have chosen to make my career about helping all animals. I previously worked as an Animal Care Specialist at an animal shelter in Bozeman, MT and for the last 2 years I have worked as a Veterinary Assistant in Bellevue, WA. I just moved to the area and I have a lot availability! I am very comfortable caring for animals of all different sizes, temperaments, and special needs. I have experience caring for animals with varying medical conditions and administering medication. I have also gone through CPR training for cats, kitten’s, dogs, and puppies!

We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter for Pete and Cooper! From the moment we left for our vacation, we felt peace knowing they were in such caring hands. She went above and beyond to make sure they were happy, comfortable, and well cared for. One thing Pete and Cooper absolutely loved was all the time she spent playing fetch with them. It was clear she took the time to give them not only great care but also plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. We loved all the photos too!! will definitely hire Sophie again !

I just moved to Bellingham so I am currently available most days for pet care as I am still looking for a job in the pet care field. I am available for drop in visits as well as home sitting.

I live in a home with my 6 year old shepherd mix and 2 cats. I am not currently doing boarding as my dog is dog selective. I am currently taking housesitting, drop in visits, and dog walking.
A typical day
I enjoy being outdoors when the weather allows for it. I am a big hiker so I love to walk long distances with the dogs I watch. I also love play time and doing activities such as puzzles for enrichment.
