About: I have been pet-sitting and dog walking for my neighbors for several years, caring for dogs, cats, and small animals. I also work at a doggy daycare, where I get hands-on experience caring for and supervising dogs of different breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. This has helped me become comfortable handling multiple dogs, recognizing their body language, managing play and interactions, and keeping dogs safe in a busy environment. I also have a dog of my own who is leash-reactive, so I am comfortable working with strong or reactive dogs and understand the importance of patience, consistency, and safe handling. I treat every pet as an individual and do my best to make them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. I just graduated high school and am taking a gap year. I care for my own two cats and dogs daily, and I build my schedule around providing dependable care for the pets I'm responsible for. Since I have a flexible schedule, I'm available for mornings, evening, and weekend visits, walks, and overnight stays. When caring for pets in a client's home, I do my best to keep them on their normal routine so they feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed. I carefully follow all care instructions, including feeding schedules, walks, medications (if needed), playtime, and any special requests. I always make sure pets have fresh water, a clean living space, and plenty of attention based on their individual personalities and needs. Safety is a top priority of mine. I double-check doors, gates, and fences to make sure they're locked and secure. I treat every home with respect by keeping it clean, locking up when I leave, and following any household instructions provided by the owner. I also believe communication is important, so I provide regular updates and photos to help the owner feel confident that their pets are happy, safe, and well cared for while they're away.

“This was Kat's first time sitting for our kitten Peanut, and she exceeded our expectations across the board. Communication was excellent — she shared regular updates and sent us genuinely fun photos that we loved getting throughout the trip. When we hit an unexpected schedule change, Kat was completely accommodating and made it a non-issue. The house was just as clean as we left it. She followed everything we asked, from the litter box routine to stripping the bed before we got back. Most importantly, Peanut was visibly happy and well-adjusted when we returned — you can always tell when a sitter has actually engaged with your pet, and she clearly had. I like the reviews of Ryan and scheduled a meet and greet with him to make sure he would comfortable with staying at the house. My main concern was keeping the dog and cat separated since they don't get along. Ryan sent me updates of how things were going, which was reassuring. Joplin (dog) really liked Ryan and she doesn't like everyone. We came home from our trip and Joplin was very happy to see us. About: I absolutely adore all kinds of animals. I currently have my bestfriend Benji he’s 8 years old and part border collie we walk/run about 25-30 miles a week. I’ve worked at multiple doggy daycares. I have experience walking dogs at work and also house calls. Hiking is my favorite way to spend my time. I work full time at a school, however I’m open to weekends and after school hours. I do have breaks during the year that I’m available also.
