About: I am a caring pet owner who is very attuned to animals' needs and wants. After working at a dog boarding center I gained skills with dogs of all ages and sizes. Susan was amazing. We were very concerned about leaving our three dogs for the first time in years especially our 16 yr old with health issues. However, Susan did an incredible job handling the special needs of all three dogs from food issues to medications. This is our first time using Rover to find someone to come into our home and take care of our pets. I like the reviews of Ryan and scheduled a meet and greet with him to make sure he would comfortable with staying at the house. My main concern was keeping the dog and cat separated since they don't get along. Ryan sent me updates of how things were going, which was reassuring. Joplin (dog) really liked Ryan and she doesn't like everyone. We came home from our trip and Joplin was very happy to see us. Joplin actually looked the next morning to see if Ryan was still in the spare room :-). I would definitely use Ryan again in the future.
