Ryan was great! Super communicative and sweet with our dogs. Will definitely use him again!

This is our first time using Rover to find someone to come into our home and take care of our pets. I like the reviews of Ryan and scheduled a meet and greet with him to make sure he would comfortable with staying at the house. My main concern was keeping the dog and cat separated since they don't get along. Ryan sent me updates of how things were going, which was reassuring. Joplin (dog) really liked Ryan and she doesn't like everyone. We came home from our trip and Joplin was very happy to see us. Joplin actually looked the next morning to see if Ryan was still in the spare room :-). I would definitely use Ryan again in the future.

Ryan was responsible and flexible for some changes we made to our plan. Molly was happy with her exercise and meals, as far as we can tell.

Ryan was fantastic and stayed an hour and a half longer than originally planned given I had a meeting that ran over! I was so appreciative of his flexibility and his willingness to help! Thank you Ryan!

Ryan was a big help for a last minute, emergency booking!

I got home after driving 8 hours of driving to a litter box full of 💩. And Ryan left the bathroom door closed so the cats had zero access to the litter box. I would not recommend Ryan if you need your litter box scooped.
