“This was our 1st time leaving Dodger with anyone other than family and our 1st time booking thru Rover. Our Dodger has some issues with trust/anxiety of strangers so I wasn't sure if this was going to work or not, but when I messaged Ginni and Tom and explained the concern they were more than willing to give it a try. Ginni reassured us that they have taken care of other dogs with the same issues and so we set up a meet and greet a couple days before the actual booking date. From the 1st moment we met Ginni and Tom I had a good feeling about them and their house and yard. They were so welcoming and made Dodger feel so relaxed. He played in their fenced in backyard for a bit then went inside the house where we visited in the living room. Dodger even snuggled up to Ginni while we chatted. We booked for 3 nights and they were so accommodating to our (somewhat picky) miniature schnauzer. I received photos and updates once a day and that really put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend Ginni and Tom and we will be booking again with them.”

Karyna and Emre took excellent care of Spooky. We were nervous about leaving Spooky with someone new so we reached out to Karyna and Emre for a meet and great and after talking to them and seeing them interact with our dog we felt comfortable. They asked us a ton of questions to understand our dog and his needs. He stayed with them from Thursday to Sunday and they sent me plenty of pictures and updates daily. They walked, snuggled, set up his enrichment toys and gave him plenty of treats. It was apparent he was very comfortable there with them.
Caroline and Luis watched my Trixie for 5 days while I was traveling visiting family. They did an excellent job, sending me tons of pictures every day, regularly letting me know how Trixie was doing and they were very accommodating when I needed to add another day to my trip. I highly recommend them!
This was our first time leaving our dog Gunner with someone other than family, but Brendan made Gunner feel like his family. We received updates and photos twice a day from Brendan and that made us much more comfortable and reassured that Gunner was in great hands and well taken care of. We will definitely rebook with Brendan in the future!
We had a wonderful first experience with the Rover App. Leda was so friendly and you could tell she had tons of experience with dog sitting. We felt so comfortable leaving Ollie in her capable hands for the weekend. She was so accommodating with pickup and drop off times and was great about sending updates on our sweet boy all weekend long. She was an excellent sitter! Was very caring and sweet with my dog and made him feel comfortable in a new environment. She was very accommodating and gave me multiple updates, which I appreciate and looked forward to during my trip. Tanya took great care of Blaise and sent us daily updates. Blaise stayed with her for almost 3 weeks while we were out of the country. She had some skin issue prior to the stay but Tanya did an amazing job monitoring her and putting lotion on her skin. I can tell she took good care of her because there are no new spots and her skin is healing well. We definitely recommend Tanya!
