I appreciated that she was considerate with the small things since we all worry about our fur babies being okay when we're away. He got to go on many walks to the park and she checked with me beforehand what he is comfortable with. She really treated him like her own and he enjoyed playing with the other dogs. “This was our 1st time leaving Dodger with anyone other than family and our 1st time booking thru Rover. Our Dodger has some issues with trust/anxiety of strangers so I wasn't sure if this was going to work or not, but when I messaged Ginni and Tom and explained the concern they were more than willing to give it a try. Ginni reassured us that they have taken care of other dogs with the same issues and so we set up a meet and greet a couple days before the actual booking date. From the 1st moment we met Ginni and Tom I had a good feeling about them and their house and yard. They were so welcoming and made Dodger feel so relaxed. He played in their fenced in backyard for a bit then went inside the house where we visited in the living room. Dodger even snuggled up to Ginni while we chatted. We booked for 3 nights and they were so accommodating to our (somewhat picky) miniature schnauzer. I received photos and updates once a day and that really put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend Ginni and Tom and we will be booking again with them.”
