From the first day, they gave me a sense of relief and I felt confident that they would be able to take care of my babies. Let me just say, they did not disappoint us. I gave them specific instructions for my babies and they followed them. Everyday they would send me pics and videos and kept me up to date with my frenchies. My girl did not want to eat for three days and they were finding ways to get her to eat. They even reached out to me to see if they were able to give her an alternative food. I am so pleased with them. They were welcoming, knowledgeable, kind and took great care of my frenchies. I will definitely use them again without hesitation. “Martha is awesome! This was my first time using Rover and I was a little nervous leaving Bennett with someone new but Martha couldn't have been better with him. I received many photo updates throughout the long weekend and she reached out to me with any questions and concerns, even including if his eyes watering was normal or if he was comfortable if she took the stickies out of his paws after playing. I appreciated that she was considerate with the small things since we all worry about our fur babies being okay when we're away. He got to go on many walks to the park and she checked with me beforehand what he is comfortable with. She really treated him like her own and he enjoyed playing with the other dogs. “This was our 1st time leaving Dodger with anyone other than family and our 1st time booking thru Rover. Our Dodger has some issues with trust/anxiety of strangers so I wasn't sure if this was going to work or not, but when I messaged Ginni and Tom and explained the concern they were more than willing to give it a try. Ginni reassured us that they have taken care of other dogs with the same issues and so we set up a meet and greet a couple days before the actual booking date. From the 1st moment we met Ginni and Tom I had a good feeling about them and their house and yard. They were so welcoming and made Dodger feel so relaxed. He played in their fenced in backyard for a bit then went inside the house where we visited in the living room. Dodger even snuggled up to Ginni while we chatted. We booked for 3 nights and they were so accommodating to our (somewhat picky) miniature schnauzer. I received photos and updates once a day and that really put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend Ginni and Tom and we will be booking again with them.”

“Tetiana is amazing. Not only was she an amazing cat sitter for my cat Bean, she also was very hospitable and offered me a delicious breakfast treat when I noted how good it smelled! Tetiana also sent pics of our cat sleeping and relaxing and various updates for the three days she took care of him. My mom was the person who picked up our cat, and she also noted how incredibly nice Tetiana is. If you need a caring person who is great with animals to take care of your pet in South Florida Tetiana should be your go to. This was my 1st time leaving my youngest dog for more than one night. I was very nervous because he is high energy, and with him having separation anxiety, he can not stay in a crate overnight. After reading almost all of Doug's reviews, I started to feel a little at ease. The process was easy, and I will definitely use him again for as long as I can. Thank you
Eric saved us and we are so glad to have found him! We moved to FL within the last 2 months and we had a 2 week long trip coming up so we were in a pinch. After a great meet and greet we learned Eric is kind and professional, and that our dog Stanley would be safe and have a great time. It was clear that while we were on our vacation, Stanley would be on his own vacation too. There were lots of other friendly dogs for him to play with and it seemed they took him into their pack. When you leave for a long time, you worry that your dog might be bored or lonely. We know that at Eric’s house, he never will be. Will definitely be returning for any future boarding needs.
We couldn’t be happier with the care our pup received! Asatta and Andrew are absolutely amazing and treat our pup like family. We received regular updates and lots of pictures, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. It was clear from every photo that our pup was happy, comfortable, and having a great time. Our pup absolutely loves staying with them, and we always know our furry family member is in the best hands. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and trustworthy pet sitter!
Rebekah and her family were so great, and accommodating to our needs. She really saved us in a pinch! She sent daily photos, and was very commutative about everything from food, to toys and treats that she was giving my pup. I was so thankful Rebekah was able to help us out and care for my hogan !
Karyna and Emre took excellent care of Spooky. We were nervous about leaving Spooky with someone new so we reached out to Karyna and Emre for a meet and great and after talking to them and seeing them interact with our dog we felt comfortable. They asked us a ton of questions to understand our dog and his needs. He stayed with them from Thursday to Sunday and they sent me plenty of pictures and updates daily. They walked, snuggled, set up his enrichment toys and gave him plenty of treats. It was apparent he was very comfortable there with them.
Caroline and Luis watched my Trixie for 5 days while I was traveling visiting family. They did an excellent job, sending me tons of pictures every day, regularly letting me know how Trixie was doing and they were very accommodating when I needed to add another day to my trip. I highly recommend them!
