Leonardo was great. He sent daily update videos. Would highly recommend.
Unfortunately, our experience with this dog sitter was very disappointing. When we picked up Maverick, he was extremely dirty and appeared very dehydrated. He immediately drank three bowls of water, and when he went to the bathroom, his urine was extremely concentrated, which was concerning. We also requested pictures and updates during his stay, but we did not receive any pictures—only videos. We have used other dog sitters in the past and had much better experiences with communication and the care our dogs received. Most concerning to me was that Maverick simply wasn't the same happy pup I had dropped off. Based on his condition when we picked him up, I feel that he was neglected while in their care. This is simply my honest opinion based on what I personally observed when I picked up my dog. I would not use this sitter again.
Leo was such a great dog sitter for Boo. He cared for her for 3 weeks while I was recovering from surgery. He sent me updates daily and made sure Boo had everything she needed to be comfortable. I would highly recommend him and will be using him to care for my Boo again.😊
Leonardo has been a life saver while I am traveling! He has been very responsive and has taken great care of Kobe in my absence. 100% recommend!
