Would not use again. I gave him one star for accepting our pup at 1am, which was after our 11pm window of drop off. He was not the same quality of our previous dog sitters. He only sent 1-2 videos a day of our pup at the door heading outside to the backyard or walking in the back yard. Our pup is a 6lb poodle, no pictures of her eating or him holding her and petting her, which she loves. Even though he said that he worked from home. We called to pick her up early and he agreed. When we picked her up, she got in the car she was so thirsty, I thought she would not stop drinking and she had dried food stuck on her back canine. There was a previous review that we should have listened to indicating that there were concerns which started with him giving the wrong address as he did when he sent us the address. I can't in good conscience recommend him.

Leonardo took great care of our dogs when we had to leave town for a family emergency. He kept us updated with videos and responded to us quickly when we sent messages through Rover. We will be happy to work with him again in the future.
