Eric is amazing!! He saved our travel plans when our sitter cancelled on short notice. He is very responsive and consistent with communication. I didn't have much service on my trip, but he still sent plenty of updates. I am usually nervous about boarding my dogs but he made sure they were well taken care of. I’d definitely book him again!
Another amazing experience with Jen watching our dog, Bella, while we were out of town! We received plenty of photos and updates, and Bella looked completely at ease and happy in every one of them. Jen is truly wonderful with animals; she not only cares for them but really understands and appreciates their unique personalities.

Our dog spent the weekend with Monique and had a wonderful time. Monique has 2 cats and Dalai spent the weekend trying to persuade the Cats to fall in love with her. Dalai was content and safe and Monique kept us well informed. Thank you Monique, hope to see you again soon
German took great care of my dog, Danny, while he was boarded. He made sure Danny got plenty of walks and regular updates, which I really appreciated. Danny seemed comfortable and well cared for the whole time. I’d be happy to book with German again in the future.
I am not one to leave reviews but I felt a strong urging to share. About 2 years ago, I had an unfortunate incident to occur with one of my fur babies passing away in the care of a contracted sitter. I lost faith in Rover and vowed to never entrust my babies beyond myself. After much prayer, I asked God to send me to sitters who had my heart. He answered my prayers. He added a cherry on top through allowing me to connect with Caylie and Jacob. My baby boy Tim is very easy going but does not bond with a lot of people. From his first stay, it was something different. He seemed to be at peace with me leaving him there with them; we have since rebooked with them a couple of times. They are so sweet and accommodating. Even in my momma separation anxiety, they are reassuring and always in communication with me. On this last stay, my baby was excited to see me but clearly didn't want to leave them. That day, I knew that I my fur baby had truly found his Rover parents. Because of my positive experiences with Caylie and Jacob, I am considering increasing utilizing their services where our baby can enjoy each day to the fullest.
I’m so happy I was able to connect with Mackenzie and so was my little guy! Mackenzie was communicative, kind and flexible. She shared photos and updates of my little guy throughout the week. Each photo he was smiling and enjoying himself. She was also accommodating after my flight returning home was delayed, and was able to keep my taco until I was back. I would absolutely recommend Mackenzie and would not hesitate in booking her again!
We couldnt have been happier with the care that Asatta and Andrew provided for our golden retriever. They make sure to make your dog feels right at home. They are quick go respond and provide many updates during the stay. You can tell that they really love taking care of animals. Cooper will definitely be excited if we need book them again in the future.
Two of the most caring and kind people we’ve ever met. This was our first time using rover, and for over a week long stay at that. Dale and Sadie were nothing short of amazing. Daily updates, lots of puppy cuddles, they even fashioned them toys out of cut up shirts! Needless to say JB and Ollie had the time of their life on vacation. (Maybe more than their parents????) Can’t recommend Dale and Sadie’s services enough.
