We had a great experience! This was our first time leaving our baby with a sitter while traveling, especially in a completely new state and environment. She made her feel comfortable and right at home, which gave us so much peace of mind while we enjoyed our vacation. She was caring, patient, attentive, and made the whole experience stress-free. I LOVED and appreciated the communication as well! I would definitely recommend her and would happily book with her again!

She was very communicative throughout the visits and sent lots of photos, which I appreciated. She was also very nice and pleasant as a person. Unfortunately, there were several issues with the actual care of my cats that were extremely frustrating. She was late to every single drop-in visit, each time with a different reason, including car trouble and a dog she was watching ate eyedrops. While I understand that unexpected things happen, consistently being late to every scheduled visit is unacceptable, especially when caring for pets on a set schedule. More concerning, when I returned home, my apartment smelled absolutely awful. My cats have an automatic litter box, which I periodically check remotely. I had also specifically told her that I monitor it. Yesterday, when I noticed that the litter box had gone offline, I asked her to check it. At no point was I alerted to the absolute mayhem inside. When I got home, I discovered that the litter box was completely empty of litter and my cats had resorted to soiling the mat in front of it that she made me aware of but now I understand why. Given the condition of everything, it appeared that the issue had been going on for some time potentially overnight and I have two cats. Had I been made aware, I could have addressed the situation immediately. She also did not follow my feeding instructions. I was very clear that my cats receive wet food only in the morning, but they were being given wet food both morning and night. As a result, I am extremely frustrated to find that they have gone through their entire wet food supply this morning with no communication or needed to be replaced despite me purchasing a new 24-pack just a little over a week ago. Overall, while she was kind, communicative, and a nice person, following specific care instructions, being punctual, and communicating issues with the pets are extremely important to me. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not book with her again.
