Our Dodger has some issues with trust/anxiety of strangers so I wasn't sure if this was going to work or not, but when I messaged Ginni and Tom and explained the concern they were more than willing to give it a try. Ginni reassured us that they have taken care of other dogs with the same issues and so we set up a meet and greet a couple days before the actual booking date. From the 1st moment we met Ginni and Tom I had a good feeling about them and their house and yard. They were so welcoming and made Dodger feel so relaxed. He played in their fenced in backyard for a bit then went inside the house where we visited in the living room. Dodger even snuggled up to Ginni while we chatted. We booked for 3 nights and they were so accommodating to our (somewhat picky) miniature schnauzer. I received photos and updates once a day and that really put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend Ginni and Tom and we will be booking again with them.”

“I have a 130 lb reactive Rottweiler. I have been lost trying to find someone I trust with my big baby. We never get to go out because I can never find a sitter to watch him. Organizing Disney trips and Universal days has always brought me stress. Although he's a sweetheart, my dog Rollo has extreme anxiety and can seem aggressive out of fear. Boarding facilities usually won't take him because of his size to begin with and today was VERY last minute. I downloaded Rover desperate to find someone and Douglas was the first boarder to pop up. I doubted anyone would respond or be willing to watch a reactive 130 lb Rottweiler but Douglas responded to me SO fast and was SO happy to help/ find out exactly what me and my dog needed. Everything moved so quickly and he told me I could drop him off in two hours! He gave me options and we ended up agreeing to let him hang out outside during the day since his yard was fenced. I told him I was ok with him just staying in a crate during the day with no interaction as well, but when I got there I instantly felt more comfortable and could tell Douglas was a kind guy who understood dogs. Rollo was running around hanging out with the other pups in the backyard by the time I got back. We are SO, SO, SO happy we found Douglas. When I pulled up, I am not going to lie, I was like "oh no, Rollo is definitely going to get DIRTY!" Haha But let me tell you...!!! I've never seen my dog so happy. Ever. Douglas had water outside for him and a shelter/ room he could chill in if he got overwhelmed/ hot. He updated me through out the day with pictures and little updates on how he was doing. The biggest blessing - Douglas gave Rollo space. He gave me choices AND was SUPER respectful about everything I brought up to him. When we arrived to pick Rollo up they were cleaning him and his things off 🤩 even though I did NOT expect them to do that!! My family and I had an amazing day at Universal today (and it's all thanks to Douglas.) We will definitely keep in touch and use him again next time we are in Florida!!! I received many photo updates throughout the long weekend and she reached out to me with any questions and concerns, even including if his eyes watering was normal or if he was comfortable if she took the stickies out of his paws after playing. Rebekah and her family were so great, and accommodating to our needs. She really saved us in a pinch! She sent daily photos, and was very commutative about everything from food, to toys and treats that she was giving my pup. I was so thankful Rebekah was able to help us out and care for my hogan !
Karyna and Emre took excellent care of Spooky. We were nervous about leaving Spooky with someone new so we reached out to Karyna and Emre for a meet and great and after talking to them and seeing them interact with our dog we felt comfortable. They asked us a ton of questions to understand our dog and his needs. He stayed with them from Thursday to Sunday and they sent me plenty of pictures and updates daily. They walked, snuggled, set up his enrichment toys and gave him plenty of treats. It was apparent he was very comfortable there with them.
Caroline and Luis watched my Trixie for 5 days while I was traveling visiting family. They did an excellent job, sending me tons of pictures every day, regularly letting me know how Trixie was doing and they were very accommodating when I needed to add another day to my trip. I highly recommend them!
This was our first time leaving our dog Gunner with someone other than family, but Brendan made Gunner feel like his family. We received updates and photos twice a day from Brendan and that made us much more comfortable and reassured that Gunner was in great hands and well taken care of. Michelle is phenomenal with my two dogs. I would trust her to take care of them in any circumstance. You will not be disappointed if you choose her to watch your dogs. Not only does she make sure that they are tended to she; goes above and beyond while welcoming them into her home.
Jack- I did a one night trial boarding for my lil man, Rascal 🐶. Communication with Jack was smooth and attentive. He responded to my check-in to see how my dog was doing. Huge perk that Jack works from home, so my dog was being monitored throughout the day. Overall no issues!
We had a wonderful first experience with the Rover App. Leda was so friendly and you could tell she had tons of experience with dog sitting. We felt so comfortable leaving Ollie in her capable hands for the weekend. She was so accommodating with pickup and drop off times and was great about sending updates on our sweet boy all weekend long.
