When I found myself in a last-minute panic and needed someone to care for Loki, Jack stepped in without hesitation and ended up pet-sitting him for nearly a month. Knowing Loki was with someone so caring and experienced gave me tremendous peace of mind during a very stressful time. Throughout Loki's stay, Jack kept me updated and was always responsive whenever I reached out. It was obvious that Loki was receiving lots of attention, care, and affection. By the time Loki arrived in Indonesia, he was healthy, happy, confident, and incredibly well-adjusted. Loki settled in almost immediately, has been eating great, and is thriving. I truly believe that smooth transition was thanks to the excellent care Jack provided while looking after him. Jack treated Loki as if he were his own pet, and I am so grateful for all of his help, kindness, and flexibility. Douglas is awesome! A breath of fresh air with a truly calming aura and you know your dog is in the best hands. Finn was super chilled when we picked him up after being in Douglas's care for 7 days. We had pictures and updates to allay any worries we may have had and will definitely be using Douglas again!
I found myself in a last-minute, stressful situation due to a number of unexpected things life threw at me all at once and I needed a place for my two dogs to stay for what I thought was going to be a week. After doing as much research as possible in a very short window, I contacted Sarahi and Leandro and 12 hours later dropped them off as me and the family headed out of town. Several years ago my wife and I had a bad experience with a similar service where our dogs were left in a crate for over 10 hours at a time, so there was a lot of anxiety for my wife in particular about using the same type of service. After just a couple of days that anxiety was all but gone, and from drop-off to pick-up the communication was very consistent, both in response to any questions we had and in their daily updates containing both photos and videos. Just as the week we had booked was coming to an end, I unfortunately had to extend my travel for an additional week, which Sarahi and Leandro took completely in stride and happily accommodated, even though - just as the initial week - the request was made at the very last minute, was missing key details, and a definitive pick up date was still unknown. Yet again they happily accepted and extended, taking great care of Winnie & Colonel Caper. I could go on for an hour and I would leave 10 stars if I could. But mostly, I want to say than you to Sarahi & Leandro for not just being absolute professionals when it came to caring for our dogs, but also for helping me out when I really needed it without taking advantage of the situation for their own benefit (when many, if in their place, absolutely would have). I am sure there are a lot of great sitters on the app, but I can't imagine that any are better than these two.
I couldn’t be happier with Michelle! She was absolutely wonderful with Freddy and Bear, and I felt completely comfortable knowing they were in her care. 🐾❤️ It was easy to see how much she genuinely cares about animals, and both of my boys were so well taken care of. Finding someone you can truly trust with your pets means so much, and Michelle was exactly that for me. I highly recommend her and would absolutely have her take care of Freddy and Bear again! ❤️
Our dog Maverick was in excellent care with Faith. He felt at home right away and received the same care and attention we would provide at our home. We received regular updates and photos and always felt at ease. Communication was outstanding. Faith comes with our highest recommendation!
Jack was absolutely amazing with Milo! From the very beginning, he was incredibly flexible, accommodating, and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience stress-free! Milo was so comfortable with Jack, and seeing how quickly he warmed up to him made both my boyfriend and me feel completely at ease. It was obvious Milo had a great time! Jack kept us updated throughout the stay with messages and plenty of pictures, which we really appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter, and we’ll definitely be booking with Jack again anytime we need someone to watch Milo.
