She was very attentive and patient with him, since I have a jumpier cat who doesn’t usually like new people, and he seemed to love her. As a pet mom who gets very anxious about their baby, I felt extreamly relaxed during my trip that he was in good hands.
Serena was absolutely wonderful! She took such great care of our senior cat and was level headed and calm even with the kitty’s health issues. She was a fantastic communicator and sent notes from every visit so that we know exactly how everything was going. We will definitely use her again in the future!
These kitties are very shy with new friends (even in the presence of food!!) It is clear that them coming out to be around Savannah is a testament to her warmth and presence. We ended up with altered travel plans due to the crazy weather and could not get back home as planned. Savannah was quick to respond, putting our mind at ease. Huge thanks to her for taking great care, and especially such short notice!
