About: When you have 5 kids in the house, we ended up with a lot of different animals! We had everything, giant fish tanks with specialty fish, bunnies, hamsters, snakes, frogs, birds, lizards, of course dogs and cats, and we even fostered an opossum while we waited for the wildlife refuge to come get him. It teaches you a lot of responsibility at a young age and it gave me a lot of compassion for animals too. Pets are a privilege and we're so lucky to have them. I'm finishing up classes and preparing to transfer to Cal Poly for landscape architecture but I'm done for the summer. Back to serving and time to make some extra money! In my home my cats have a strict feeding schedule and a variety of feeding needs. One only gets wet food and dry food makes her sick, one will eat until he pops and the other free feeds with a microchip activated food bowl to protect from the previously mentioned fatty. I understand the complications that come with having pets, especially multiple pets, and I have all the love and patience in the world to give.

I grew up in a home that always had dogs (usually three!), and I started dog-sitting back in college in the early 2000s. One of my favorite long-term clients had a huge white German Shepherd who growled at everyone. By evening on day one, he was upside down in my lap, getting a belly rub! I had two beloved dogs of my own for 15 years, and now that I have two young kids (and no current pets), I’m looking to share my love with your furry (or scaly!) family member. Whether it’s walks, belly rubs, or snuggle time, I’ll treat your pet like my own. Dogs, cats, snakes, bunnies — you name it, I love them all. 💛 If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, nurturing, and genuinely passionate about animals, I’d love to help care for your pet while you’re away! I only work a few hours in the morning (9-12), so my schedule is pretty flexible — I can often accommodate daytime, evening, or even last-minute pet care needs. I’m currently available for daytime, evening, and weekend bookings. I believe pets feel most comfortable in their own home, so I’m happy to care for your dog or cat in their familiar space while you’re away. That said, if you'd prefer your pet stays with me, I do have a safe, fenced-in front yard that's great for larger dogs to get some playtime and fresh air. About: As a Dog Behavior Therapist I have treated and trained dozens of pets and service dogs. I have been caring for animals and providing positive reinforcement and love to dogs and cats since I could walk. My first love was my Saint Bernard, who I taught to give me rides around the neighborhood. During my time as a home health nurse I also cared for many senior, disabled, troubled, blind, and injection dependant dogs. As an extremely active person, I enjoy treating dogs to quality time in the great outdoors, while working on their skills as good doggy citizens. In my opinion pets and verbal praise are even more important than treats for positive reinforcement, so my furry friends always get lots of affection when they’re in my care. I work with a very flexible schedule, so often have availability during the days for short and long adventures. I have lived and served this community for a decade, and now enjoy walking my furry friends in the parks and open spaces, or taking a drive in my SUV (with ramp for senior/disabled dogs) to the local dog parks and beaches. I keep an accurate and updated calendar here at Rover. I have a very flexible schedule, so usually have availability during the days for short and long adventures, or to check in on dog and cat friends. I have a doggy play space and open space for long walks and fun dog activities. Dogs are always supervised and updates sent to owner/s with photos and locations so you can feel secure in knowing where and what your beloved companion is doing to enjoy themselves.

About: I’ve had 4 cats and 3 dogs that I took care of since I was 10. Including feeding, walking, cleaning after, and playing with them. I’ve also taken care of my neighbors dogs while they went on vacation several times. I have recently graduated college and moved away from my parent’s house, so I don’t currently have any of my own pets that I take care of. I’m currently working a full-time job during the week. I leave around 5:30am and get home at 6:00pm. I have flexibility to leave work earlier occasionally if needed. My weekends are typically free as long as I’m not traveling. I can’t take pets back to my apartment because there is a no pets allowed policy. But I can travel to your home to pet sit or walk your dogs and will, of course, be respectful of your home and space.

About: As a pet owner and pet care taker for friends and relatives, I have had experience caring for pets for many years of my life. I truly love and enjoy caring for animals and hope for an opportunity to meet your lovely pet! I currently work full time, but will always be able to check on a pet before or after work with enough notice. I also can check on pets lunch breaks if needed; depending on location. I will make sure to secure your home or yard when dropping in to check on your pet(s). Safety is the most important thing when it comes to watching another’s pet in their own home.
