About: I have taken care of my pets for years, mainly cats, but I have experience with dogs as well. Either way, I love both the same! I am able to administer medications, follow diet guidelines, and take care of accidents that may occur. And most of all, I can provide a cuddle or snuggle and unconditional love for your fur baby or babies! I currently have a part time job, but will be able to take care of animals full time soon! For now I can take care of animals Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Sundays. I have one cat at the moment, I have helped to take care of him along with my parents for over 11 years. In recent years, as he ages, he has needed more medications which I have helped to administer, he is on a special diet and he also has some tummy troubles occasionally that I have helped to clean up. I also had a second cat that I took care of at the same time who needed a lot more care. He was a small, sensitive Siamese who was extremely overbred and who suffered from a lot of stomach issues. The two cats didn’t get along so the Siamese ended up living mainly in my room and our other cat had the run of the house since he had arrived in the family first.

I currently have a 9 month old boxer and a 2 year old betta fish. I grew up with two chihuahuas as well. I previously fostered a 140 pound pitbull/american bulldog and had 4 cats! I will provide love and care to your sweet pets as if they were my own. I am currently working full time as a nurse and will only be available on weekends or Friday evenings. I will also be available on Thursday evening as well! I will be able to take care of your animal however you need. I can administer medications as needed and provide medical care as well. About: I have owned dogs for 40 years. I just recently lost my little Maltese. He was 16 years old and my best friend. Your dog will be treated like a grandchild when they are with me. One of my friends said that when she dies she wants to come back as one of my pets! I have the time and the experience to take care of your dog. I will try to accommodate your scheduling needs. If your dog requires a special diet that is not a problem. Once a week I roasted a chicken for my little guy. I just love their company. I look forward to the opportunity of spending time with them, playing, going for walks, and always having cuddle time. The house is just not the same without a dog around. I am retired so I have the flexibility to accommodate your booking and scheduling needs. No need to panic if you are delayed picking up your best friend. I adjust the day according to your dog's schedule. Your pet takes top priority. Since I only board one dog at a time (or 2 within the same family) your dog has my undivided attention all day. If your dog likes to cuddle on the couch or sleeps in your bed that is what he/she can do at my house. Before I accept a booking I require a Meet and Greet to determine if we are a good fit. I prefer small hypoallergenic breeds that DO NOT SHED!. If the dog comes to my home and does shed I will charge an extra fee of $50.00. Your dog must be house broken, bathed prior to boarding, current on all vaccines, and must have had a flea and tic treatment. I also request that anything you bring into my house is clean and laundered, like blankets and beds, etc. Your pet will never be outside unattended or off leash. Your dog becomes a member of my family during their stay and will be cared for like my own . That's a promise! I'm retired. I am home all day. Whatever schedule your dog has I can easily accommodate it. Having a dog in my home brings me much joy. The dog's needs come first. If a special diet is required or medicine needs to be given I am very capable of handling these types of situations. The dog will never be off leash when we are outside unless you have instructed otherwise. If the dog has certain "triggers" or is an anxious type we can discuss this behavior at the meet and greet and discuss how these situations are handled.
