“Jenna and Michael were wonderful. We are also sitters on Rover and probably have higher than average standards for our babygirl Sadie (~60 lb rescue). We first did a meet and greet and from the moment we meant them we knew they were good people. We had already meet four other sitters at this point and were starting to feel hopeless. Jenna and Michael were warm, and lovely from the start. Their home is spacious, their yard is BIG, and their own pup, Chase is adorable! Sadie got lots of exercise playing with Chase and going on walks. I was worried that Sadie would taunt their chickens the entire time (which she probably did) but they handled it with evident experience around this challenge. We would happily book with them again. Even though we had to drive 45 minutes to them, it was 100% worth it. Thank you, Jenna, Michael, and Chase.”

“Casey, Phil and their dog Chloe were absolutely fantastic with Penny, our 6 month old golden retriever puppy, for a week long stay. They sent us daily pictures and updates about how Penny was doing which really took the stress out of leaving her for the first time. They were patient at our meet and greet ahead of her stay and made sure to answer any and all of our questions. Would highly recommend them and we will absolutely be using them again in the future!”

“We had a wonderful experience with Namrata! She was always in touch, very responsive, and regularly sent us photos and updates, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Our dog had an amazing time in the backyard - she absolutely loves playing outside, especially when there’s lots of snow, and it was clear she was happy and well cared for. We truly appreciate the attention and care Namrata gave her and would gladly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter!”

“ALLYSSAH is amazing. I felt so confident and at peace having Daisy stay with her. She also accommodated us last minute and picked Daisy up and dropped off. highly recommend!”

“My Bean's stay with Annmarie was better than I could have asked for. I think everyone who has a pet that they love dreads leaving them with anyone when they have to but Annmarie and Bean hit it off right from the start. My dog is a little timid when she first meets someone new, after all it's just me and Bean all the time. Annmarie took her in and she became part of the family. Annmarie made her stay comfortable and happy. I couldn't be more happy and will use her for all future stays.”

About: I have been a pet owner for my entire life, and I’m the current parent of a dog and cat named Macy and Cider. Ever since I was a kid, my family often volunteered to watch, walk, and care for the pets of friends and extended family. I have also worked and volunteered at zoos for many years to help teach people about the wonderful critters all over our world. Needless to say, animals have been a big part of my life as long as I can remember! I recently finished a school year of full time substitute teaching, and I’m taking no a summer off to job hunt and pursue teaching licensing. Having the summer off means I have lots of time to spend with your pets! I do not have a fenced yard, but I supplement that by giving my dog, Macy, plenty of time to walk outside (her favorite activity), visit the dog park, and play indoors to get her potty breaks and her energy out. She is a very low energy dog who gets along well with others, people and dogs alike! I have a cat named Cider as well, who keeps to herself around other animals, while she’s never been around cats friendlier than her, she is very sweet to people who treat her with gentle respect.
“Nick was fantastic! I left my 1/yo Willa with him and she had a great time - came home super happy! I appreciated the responsiveness and updates as well as Nick's steady and considerate vibe. I will definitely he book with Nick again - he made both me and Willa feel very welcome!”

“Sarah was absolutely fantastic, communicative, flexible, and went above and beyond in her care and enrichment activities--she's clearly an expert in cat needs, body language, and how to make them feel comfortable and cared for. We'll be booking her services again in the future without a moment's hesitation.”

“Heather, My experience with you was nothing short of amazing for both my dog, Sawyer, and myself. Even before booking, you showed a genuine interest in learning all about Sawyer. It was clear that you not only love dogs but truly wanted to make him feel welcome in your home. You provided a dog-friendly environment and kept me well-informed with regular updates and photos through the Rover app. Thank you for taking such great care of him. He’s really looking forward to his next visit with you. BTW, he enjoyed the rest of his Birthday Cupcake! Warm regards, Brian”

“We were so glad to find Shelley on Rover. She took great care of Rex for our recent getaway weekend and he had a great time with her. She clearly loves dogs and we were especially drawn to the fact that she only sits for one dog at a time. Our anxiety at leaving our little guy behind occasionally has been eliminated and we look forward to having him stay with Shelley again.”

“Luke came through when I was in a bind and needed a last minute sitter. It was a very smooth experience. Zoey seemed happy and Luke communicated well. Would certainly recommend!”

“Sharon and John took care of my little terrier second time. He was safe, happy and I loved getting daily pictures of him. Knowing he is with great sitters gave me a piece if mind. Will definitely book again!”

“She took excellent care of our boy and he had a great time playing with the sweet Lucy. Courtney provided us with updates and pictures and was always easy to get a hold of.”

“Kyla was great! She offered to meet with us before booking our boarding and sent pictures of our pup while we were away. We would recommend her to our friends and family who need someone to care for their four legged friends anytime!”

“Kaylee seemed to really enjoy her time with Steve and Christine! They took great care of her and handled her meds while we were gone. She was so relaxed, she barely noticed that we had arrived to pick her up.”

“Karen made our dog feel right at home and has a perfect fenced in yard that is dedicated to the dogs. Her Lab made the perfect companion to keep our excited pup busy and entertained. Karen also sent pictures and was very easy to communicate with, definitely going to be returning next time we need a sitter!”

“This is my second time booking with Ciara and she continues to go above and beyond! Pipa is a nervous girl especially around strangers but Ciara assured that everything would be okay during her stay and it was! Within a few hours Pipa was comfortable and cuddled up with her on the couch! Ciara sends plenty of updates (pictures, videos) and responds quickly if you need accommodations made. Pipa absolutely enjoys her time with Ciara and made a new friend with her puppy! We will definitely continue to rebook!”

“From the moment we met, I knew my furry friend was in good hands. Zachary is incredibly kind, responsible, and genuinely loves dogs. He took the time to understand my corgi's specific needs and preferences, which gave me great peace of mind. During the stay, Zachary provided regular updates, including adorable photos and detailed messages about how my dog was doing. It was clear that my dog was happy, well-exercised, and given plenty of attention and affection in the dog parks and at his home His home is a perfect environment for dogs, plenty of space to play. I also appreciated their professionalism and punctuality, which made the entire experience seamless and stress-free.
