About: Been taking care of dogs for 6 years now. Have had experience training two of my own dogs and taking care of them/walking them on my own. I also work alongside with my father (also named Luis ) who has been doing dog boarding for about 2 years now. Me and my father are very used to the behavior of dogs and comfortable with dogs no matter the size or the breed of your dog. I have always had a strong love and a passion for animals, especially dogs I am currently a college student looking to make a little bit extra money by taking care of dogs. If I cannot look after the dog, my dad also takes care of dogs and is always available Me and my father don't live in a very busy neighborhood so you don't have to worry about your dog being unsafe. We have a relatively big house and also have a park very close to my house with a big open field and fence for the dogs to run around in were I can walk your dog and play with them to keep them busy without the risk of them getting hurt. I also have many toys for your dogs to play with if you would like for me to have them get a more fun experience instead of just walking them.

About: I've had dogs since I was 10 and participated with their health care growing up and decided I wanted to be in the veterinary field from that point. I started pet sitting for a farm in 2017-2021. I went to school to be a veterinary assistant in 2020. I later got a job at a vet clinic in 2021 and started pet sitting for clients there on the side. I've had 4 years experience with observing animal behavior and know what to look for when a pet is feeling ill, restraint, nail trims, administering medications, injections, and treatments. I also worked for a summer at a dog boarding facility and have experience with observing play behaviors to prevent fights from breaking out in groups. I just recently quit my full-time veterinary assistant job in October 2025, due to workplace drama and still have some regular pet sitting clients from the vet clinic, but thought I'd give this a shot to widen my clientele. If you like my services, I encourage you to contact me outside of Rover! I can only take on other dog friendly dogs in my house because I have 2 myself. I'm willing to go to your house for visits if they're not dog friendly. I have an unfenced yard, so any dogs staying with me will go outside on a leash. Dogs must be crate trianed to stay at my house. My dogs stay out when I go on errands or out for the evening, but get locked up at night.

It was too wet/rainy outside to walk Gidget, but I kept the appointment time anyway. I wanted to start once a week walks for Gidget to get used to seeing Katie around before house sitting for us. Hubby said that she took the time to get to know her and vice versa. Very pleased with Katie.

About: I have grown up around high energy Labrador retrievers, chickens, and family cats since I can remember. I enjoy walking and doing anything active with animals! I also understand that all animals make messes indoors and outdoors and have no problem cleaning up after them, it’s part of having pets :) I’m currently a UConn college student and I am available most mornings/ evenings throughout the week. I am also around for my winter break which is a month long from mid December to mid January. I walk my two high energy labs 3 miles daily either on trails in the woods or near the water. I will also provide food and water daily. I can do any necessary grooming such as brushing fur, wiping paws, etc.

About: I've been caring for animals since I was in elementary school, starting with my own pets and eventually helping care for the pets of family members, friends, neighbors, and coworkers. Animals have always been a big part of my life, and I truly enjoy spending time with them and building loving friendships with each one. Whether it's going for long walks, playtime, feeding, administering basic care, or simply providing companionship, I make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. I'm also a proud cat owner, and caring for my own cat has given me firsthand experience in providing attentive, daily care and understanding the importance of patience, consistency, and affection. I genuinely love all animals and treat every pet as if they were my own. My goal is to provide dependable, loving care and give you peace of mind knowing your furry family member is happy, safe, and well cared for. I have full time employment as an educator but will have summer break coming in June so I will have plenty of time for your pets!☺️ When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, my priority is always making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while keeping their normal routine as consistent as possible. In a client’s home, I follow all instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special care needs. I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, affection, and companionship so they feel relaxed and cared for while their owners are away. I also keep their space clean, fresh, and stress-free, and I always provide updates with messages and photos so you can have peace of mind. For dogs, I enjoy going on long, engaging walks and making sure they get both exercise and enrichment. For cats, I focus on gentle care, play, and respecting their comfort level—whether that means interactive play or quiet companionship.

About: Hi!! I’ve had experience with animals for my entire life, and I’m looking for a bit more experience to build up my portfolio for veterinary school. This would be beneficial and enjoyable and open your schedule a bit. I’m currently at my normal job 4 days a week, on top of college, volunteering , and social obligations. I have 3 days off on which I can potentially be available. Im unavailable for any pet services in my own home, but I can commute to you and care for your pet at yours. I can do bathing, cage cleaning, walking, feeding, watering, playing, and any other necessary tasks. I will not stay anywhere overnight, but I can work with your animals for a few hours during the day.

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life, and I have been pet sitting for a little over three years now! I currently have my own pets: two cats, and a dog. I have a few families whom I sit for regularly. I have had experience caring for puppies-senior dogs with special needs, diapers, and medications, as well as kittens-senior cats! My whole life I have been caring for pets of my own, as well as those of friends and family. My boyfriend has been sitting with me for well over 2 years now and has a lot of experience caring for many different animals. We have helped a few families out with training as well so that they can stay as close to their normal routine as possible! I’m currently working full time at UConn, but my boyfriend is working remotely. This being said he would be able to provide plenty of potty breaks throughout the day. We can both provide walks and plenty of play time morning and night as well! I am very flexible with whatever routine you would like me to follow for your fur babies! Personally, I have an electric fence for my dog at home, but I still go out with her, as she does not like to be alone! Although my cats are indoor cats, they LOVE being outside, so on nice days I will take them out on a leash and sun bathe with them!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life. Growing up, my mother was (and still is) a doggy foster mom for our local shelter. We constantly had 4-6 dogs in our home, most of which ended up staying long term. I have years of experience caring for multiple dogs and senior care as well! I work completely from home which will allow me plenty of time to attend to your pups needs all throughout the day. I love to jog and hike, so your pup will be sure to get plenty of exercise and outdoor time with me! I provide a safe, calm, and attentive environment for every pet in my care. Working from home allows plenty of supervision, potty breaks, playtime, and attention throughout the day. While I do not have a fenced yard, all outdoor time is supervised and dogs will always be kept safely leashed. I’m happy to follow your pet’s usual routine, feeding schedule, crate preferences, and any special care instructions to help them feel comfortable and secure.”
