About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my hands-on experience with both training and senior care. I trained my own dog, who is now 12 years old, and I currently care for him as he experiences arthritis. This has taught me how to recognize signs of discomfort, adjust activity levels, and provide daily massages to keep him comfortable. I understand that not every dog needs long walks, and I prioritize each pet’s individual needs, safety, and well-being. I’m currently a senior in college, which gives me a bit more flexibility in my schedule, and I truly enjoy spending that time caring for pets. Whether it’s daily walks, drop-ins, or extended care, I’m able to plan my days around pets and give them the attention and consistency they need. I live in an off-campus house with a front yard that does not open onto a busy street, which helps provide a safe and calm environment for pets. The house is spacious, allowing pets to move around comfortably and have their own space to relax. Whether caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, I’m very attentive and focused on making sure they feel comfortable, secure, and cared for. I take time to build trust, follow routines closely, and make sure pets feel safe and happy in my presence.

About: I have been surrounded by animals my entire life, growing up with two dogs, two cats, and even turtles and birds. Throughout high school, I cared for my neighbors' dogs and cats and regularly looked after my extended families pets while they were away, this gave me years of hands on experience with animals of all kinds. I have experience with fostering animals so I have taken care of blind dogs, dogs with diabetes and other disabilities that I am familiar with. I currently work part time at a grocery store, I don’t get a lot of hours so I have a lot of free time! I love animals so I make time for them at all times of the week :). I have a dog park at my apartment that many dogs i have watched loved to run around and play with the other dogs in. My apartment is also very spacious so cats and dogs have plenty of roaming space. I often make sure I get used to any animals environment fast, check out their favorite spots and make sure they’re as comfortable as possible while I am around them!

About: A little about me: I am a Rhode Island native, (literally!) and have a Bachelors degree in International Relations and Global Politics from the American University of Rome. I also completed my Masters degree in Costa Rica! Pura Vida! As of 2020; I have children of my own, and dogs of my own: I no longer offer boarding services. Only house sitting & drop in visits. About: I’ve spent years caring for pets of all kinds, from energetic puppies to shy cats and everything in between. I’m comfortable with any schedule your pet needs and I always treat every pet like they’re my own. I am currently a student so all of my days are flexible. The semester is almost over but next semester I only have class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I’m available for boarding during the week and weekends and everything else is flexible and able to fit into my schedule. There’s plenty of places for them to walk and play. They can easily be crated as well. Anything can be accommodated and done as needed.
