About: Growing up on a farm, I’ve been working with animals for as long as I can remember! From hamsters to horses - I’ve cared for nearly any animal you can think of. I attended Norfolk Aggie, majoring in Animal Science. Since then, I’ve worked as a vet tech, grooming assistant, assistant trainer, and in multiple barns and kennels. Aside from caring for pets, I currently work from home on my fiancé and I’s business, and do freelance photography (always happy to get some cute pics!) Training is a massive aspect of pet care. It’s important to have a sitter that understands your goals, reinforces correct behaviors, and constantly works to improve. Aside from training, having expertise in many areas of pet care, along with having experience with many different species, breeds, and personality types allows me to confidently handle any situation. Not only do I offer top notch care - I’m a huge communicator! I send lots of updates and adorable photos. When booking with me, you will never have to worry or wonder what your pets are up to (Check in as often as you want! I encourage it!) I also offer bathing & nail trims! About: Been taking care of dogs for 6 years now. Have had experience training two of my own dogs and taking care of them/walking them on my own. I also work alongside with my father (also named Luis ) who has been doing dog boarding for about 2 years now. Me and my father are very used to the behavior of dogs and comfortable with dogs no matter the size or the breed of your dog. I have always had a strong love and a passion for animals, especially dogs I am currently a college student looking to make a little bit extra money by taking care of dogs. If I cannot look after the dog, my dad also takes care of dogs and is always available Me and my father don't live in a very busy neighborhood so you don't have to worry about your dog being unsafe. We have a relatively big house and also have a park very close to my house with a big open field and fence for the dogs to run around in were I can walk your dog and play with them to keep them busy without the risk of them getting hurt. I also have many toys for your dogs to play with if you would like for me to have them get a more fun experience instead of just walking them.

About: Hello! I’ve been professionally caring for animals since I was 12 years old and got my first dog sitting gig. Over the years, my family has had every kind of pet: horses, sheep, dogs, cats, birds, iguanas even! I find great joy in showing the animals I work with lots of love and guidance. I’ve trained my own and others' horses, dogs and cats over the years and it’s just the most rewarding experience. I work part time and mostly from home which allows me to be available all day to care for pets. I’m a big fan of a consistent routine with animals rotating stimulation (exercise, play, training or enrichment) meals, rest and balancing the three. I care for pets on my property which is almost entirely fenced in. I have professional kennels in a mixed use building with a residential portion attached. So I have the luxury of providing secure and roomy kennels with the addition of our cozy home area. I can take most types of pets and I’m especially suited to care for animals that do not do well in large boarding facilities, don’t do well with other pets or just want a more personalized, quiet boarding experience. I don’t believe it is always necessary to socialize dogs with dogs and right now that’s not something I do (unless they are boarding from the same owners). I focus on routine, a bit of training and connection with humans! I have a fenced in run where dogs can be off leash for playing, enrichment etc. I designed our kennels myself and had them custom built. Each stall is separated by concrete walls to provide a private and safe space. I chose mental fencing for the top of the partition and the door. I chose this instead of the plastic, glass or solid door options because it provides optimal airflow and allows them to see out. I also have private suites separate from that area.
