About: Growing up on a farm, I’ve been working with animals for as long as I can remember! From hamsters to horses - I’ve cared for nearly any animal you can think of. I attended Norfolk Aggie, majoring in Animal Science. Since then, I’ve worked as a vet tech, grooming assistant, assistant trainer, and in multiple barns and kennels. About: Been taking care of dogs for 6 years now. Have had experience training two of my own dogs and taking care of them/walking them on my own. I also work alongside with my father (also named Luis ) who has been doing dog boarding for about 2 years now. About: Hello! I’ve been professionally caring for animals since I was 12 years old and got my first dog sitting gig. Over the years, my family has had every kind of pet: horses, sheep, dogs, cats, birds, iguanas even! I find great joy in showing the animals I work with lots of love and guidance. I’ve trained my own and others' horses, dogs and cats over the years and it’s just the most rewarding experience. I work part time and mostly from home which allows me to be available all day to care for pets. I’m a big fan of a consistent routine with animals rotating stimulation (exercise, play, training or enrichment) meals, rest and balancing the three. I care for pets on my property which is almost entirely fenced in. I have professional kennels in a mixed use building with a residential portion attached. So I have the luxury of providing secure and roomy kennels with the addition of our cozy home area. I can take most types of pets and I’m especially suited to care for animals that do not do well in large boarding facilities, don’t do well with other pets or just want a more personalized, quiet boarding experience. I don’t believe it is always necessary to socialize dogs with dogs and right now that’s not something I do (unless they are boarding from the same owners). I focus on routine, a bit of training and connection with humans! I have a fenced in run where dogs can be off leash for playing, enrichment etc. I designed our kennels myself and had them custom built. Each stall is separated by concrete walls to provide a private and safe space. I chose mental fencing for the top of the partition and the door. I chose this instead of the plastic, glass or solid door options because it provides optimal airflow and allows them to see out. I also have private suites separate from that area.

About: It's my mission to be your pet's newest favorite human. I've been volunteering, rescuing and fundraising for Paws Cat Shelter in Putnam CT since 2017. I'm also their mascot appearing in many downtown events. If the cats only knew the lengths I go for them! I have five cats of my own (Penny, Bentley, Boober, Mokey and Wembley) and I'm a dog mom to Frank, a mini Aussie Shepard. I've done home and pet sitting for friends and co-workers and I know the importance of finding someone reliable and trustworthy to watch my own animals. I'm comfortable with giving meds, syringe feeding, poop scooping and litterbox digging. I work full time as a Financial Systems Analyst for EG America (Cumberland Farms) but my schedule allows for flexibility. This would be beneficial and enjoyable and open your schedule a bit. I’m currently at my normal job 4 days a week, on top of college, volunteering , and social obligations. I have 3 days off on which I can potentially be available. Im unavailable for any pet services in my own home, but I can commute to you and care for your pet at yours. I can do bathing, cage cleaning, walking, feeding, watering, playing, and any other necessary tasks. “Grace is an absolute gem, AND we were lucky enough to be her very first Rover walk! We have a 1-year-old bull terrier, Romani, who is crazy, hyper, and loveable in equal measure. Grace took it all in stride like she'd been doing this for years. She was incredibly sweet with her, and Romani loved her right back. She tracked her pee breaks and poop breaks and kept her out walking the full time (maybe a little over actually!). About: I have taken care of a German Shepherd, Shih Tzus, and chihuahuas as needed for the past couple years. I work part time for a maximum of five hours a day so I am available to provide dogs with attention and care at home the rest of the time. :) I work part time for a maximum of five hours a day, when I am outside of work I spend most of time home. During the time I am at home I’m able to adjust your pets care according to your preference. I live in an apartment and have a small male chihuahua who gets along great with other dogs. I don’t have a restrictive environment and will happily allow your dog to rest on the couches and beds, and roam around the apartment. I don’t have a fenced yard but I can walk and take your dog potty on a leash.

About: I've had dogs since I was 10 and participated with their health care growing up and decided I wanted to be in the veterinary field from that point. I started pet sitting for a farm in 2017-2021. I went to school to be a veterinary assistant in 2020. I later got a job at a vet clinic in 2021 and started pet sitting for clients there on the side. I've had 4 years experience with observing animal behavior and know what to look for when a pet is feeling ill, restraint, nail trims, administering medications, injections, and treatments. I also worked for a summer at a dog boarding facility and have experience with observing play behaviors to prevent fights from breaking out in groups. I just recently quit my full-time veterinary assistant job in October 2025, due to workplace drama and still have some regular pet sitting clients from the vet clinic, but thought I'd give this a shot to widen my clientele. If you like my services, I encourage you to contact me outside of Rover! I can only take on other dog friendly dogs in my house because I have 2 myself. I'm willing to go to your house for visits if they're not dog friendly. I have an unfenced yard, so any dogs staying with me will go outside on a leash. Dogs must be crate trianed to stay at my house. My dogs stay out when I go on errands or out for the evening, but get locked up at night.
