“I was particularly apprehensive about choosing a dog walker for my rescue dog. Molly is high anxiety, a result of her abusive history. “This is my second time using Heather's pet-sitting services, and she once again did an excellent job caring for my horse, goats, pig and cats. Two of my senior cats need medication twice a day (applied transdermally to ears), and last time I kept them in a separate room because they tend to hide for "strangers." But Heather was willing to see if this time we could make things work without shutting them away from my other cats, since it's stressful for them to have a sudden change of routine. They must have sensed she's an animal lover, because they came out of for her and got their meds with no issues. My horse is also on several medications and supplements, and it's a relief to know I can go away and trust that he'll get the care he needs. Every visit was followed up with notes and pictures, which really gave me peace of mind. Highly recommend!”

“Greter is an amazing, caring animal lover. She fosters for our rescue and is one of our best fosters! She is very reliable and I couldn't think of a better person to trust your animals with! Whenever we have a dog without placement, she is the first one to step up and is always willing to take an extra. Rescue work can be stressful, but having Greter as a foster makes it a little easier. Just knowing that the dogs in her care are taken care of and loved by a knowledgeable, reputable person, makes my job as a foster coordinator go a lot smoother. About: I grew up with a sense of love and respect for all animals. I’ve had dogs as long as I can remember! I have taken care of many animals for friends and family while they were away! I’ve also had professional experience while caring for animals at a pet resort. We would board dogs and also have daily day care pups! I would feed and let the animals out while also administering any medicines that were needed. I was able to set up daycare play groups to enjoy time in the yard and socialize! I am available throughout the week, I’m always around for a great time with the pups! As I get more active in my personal life walking dogs and playing with animals is great physically and mentally! I have crate trained previous pups. While taking care of my dogs or anyone else’s the best time is when we can have fun but still be safe.

About: I grew up with both dogs and cats and have always loved taking care of them, playing with them, and most importantly, cuddling with them. I am currently a student and generally stuck studying at my house all day and have flexible hours, I will have plenty of time for study breaks to hang out and care for your pet! I live in a house with a large back yard and paved areas for walks. My house does have stairs but I am comfortable carrying the pet as needed (but generally stay on the first floor). I have a 4 month old dachshund puppy named Gus and usually care for my childhood dog, Scooter, as well!
