As a full-time educator, I know how important consistency, safety, and connection are—yes, even for our four-legged friends! As a BCBA working in the school system, I am currently off for the summer, so my availability is wide open. In the fall I will work regular school hours 7:30-2:30pm 4 days/ week. During the week I am available for afternoon and early evening visits. On the weekends my availability is open! I build in dedicated time for each visit to ensure I’m never rushed, and every pet gets my full attention. I care for pets in their own home with the same respect and attentiveness I would offer in my own. I follow all provided instructions closely—whether that includes feeding schedules, medication, preferred walking routes, or favorite toys—and I always take time to observe how each pet is feeling that day and send updates and pictures. During drop-in visits, I offer gentle, calm energy and prioritize connection so your pet feels safe and seen. I’ll make sure they’re fed, comfortable, and get affection or playtime based on their needs and personality. On walks, I stay alert and keep pets secure while still giving them time to sniff, explore, and enjoy the moment. I will always leave your home just as I found it—or even a little better. My goal is for both pets and owners to feel completely at ease while we’re on our routine together

About: I've been caring for animals since I was in elementary school, starting with my own pets and eventually helping care for the pets of family members, friends, neighbors, and coworkers. Animals have always been a big part of my life, and I truly enjoy spending time with them and building loving friendships with each one. Whether it's going for long walks, playtime, feeding, administering basic care, or simply providing companionship, I make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. I'm also a proud cat owner, and caring for my own cat has given me firsthand experience in providing attentive, daily care and understanding the importance of patience, consistency, and affection. My goal is to provide dependable, loving care and give you peace of mind knowing your furry family member is happy, safe, and well cared for. I have full time employment as a classroom teacher so I can be with your pets before and after work as well as the weekends! In a client’s home, I follow all instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special care needs. I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, affection, and companionship so they feel relaxed and cared for while their owners are away. I also keep their space clean, fresh, and stress-free, and I always provide updates with messages and photos so you can have peace of mind. For dogs, I enjoy going on long, engaging walks and making sure they get both exercise and enrichment. For cats, I focus on gentle care, play, and respecting their comfort level—whether that means interactive play or quiet companionship.

About: I have a very flexible schedule and am willing to travel. I am dedicated to building a strong relationship with pet owners to provide personalized care to meet their needs that goes above dog walking. I am comfortable with working with all breeds of dogs from puppies to senior age. I am willing to put in the time needed to ensure your pet receives the best possible care. I'm available any time between 9 and 5 Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays. I'm available for last minute needs and overnight stays. I'm very flexible with my schedule and will make every attempt to meet your needs. I keep my personal animals on a regimented schedule to ensure their health, safety and happiness. I pride myself with the cleanliness I keep my home and pets, and I would show your home and pets the same respect. I have several clients who have d different needs that I cater too. About: I've raised a Black Lab of my own and helped raised countless other dogs. (English Mastiffs, Dachshunds, Retrievers, Pitbulls and other mixed breeds) For several years I was an apprentice to a canine behaviorist who specialized in dogs with anxiety and aggression. I obtained a great deal of knowledge in how to make these special needs dogs feel comfortable. You can be assured your pup is in good hands with me as I understand their needs and treat each animal with the respect they deserve. I understand that every pet is different and they all have different quirks. I'm also a photographer so don't be surprised if you end up with a couple dozen portraits of your pooches! :) (Holiday rates may vary) (Cat care also available: in home overnights, daily visits) I work remotely as a digital creator. I do photography and videography and make my own schedule so I am flexible to meet your needs. I can visit once or twice a day or stay over. You decide. I have experience working with all types of dogs so you can trust me to keep yours safe no matter what their age, breed, size or personality. Special needs dogs are no problem!

About: I have taken care of several medium sized breeds for the past three years including labs, poodles, and beagles. I have also cared for smaller breeds like chihuahuas and Shih Tzus, as well as puppies and senior dogs. I work part time for a maximum of five hours a day so I am available to provide dogs with attention and care at home the rest of the time. :) I work part time for a maximum of five hours a day, when I am outside of work I spend most of time home. During the time I am at home I’m able to adjust your pets care according to your preference. I live in an apartment and have a small male chihuahua who gets along great with other dogs. I don’t have a restrictive environment and will happily allow your dog to rest on the couches and beds, and roam around the apartment. I don’t have a fenced yard but I can walk and take your dog potty on a leash.

About: I have worked with dog trainers so I know some training skills needed to help with certain behaviors. I can administer meds if needed. I have had farm animals so I have that experience as well. I am looking to fill my time with some amazing animals because of my love for them. I take care of everything from farm animals to cats. I can watch cat friendly dogs in my home. I have gates and a safe environment. I am more than willing to watch pets in the clients home as well to make them feel comfortable and help with routine.

About: I have owned and helped take care of pets since I was a child and have worked in the veterinary field for 5 years. I am proficient at giving oral and injectable medications. I am a born animal lover and will treat your pet as if they were my own. I do work full time, so would mostly be available weekends but can be flexible depending on the situation. My job provides me with skills that would be helpful in caring for older animals and animals with health conditions. Comfortable with both dogs and cats. I have 2 dogs of my own who are always happy to have playmates, but I also have ample space and can keep them separate if needed. Willing to come to your place or have your fur babies come to mine.

About: I have over 10 years of experience caring for my own dogs, I helped take care of my first dog when he was a senior, and I’ve been taking care of the dog I have now since he was a puppy he’s now 10. I also have 3 years of experience taking care of cats, I have one of my own and I help take care of my sisters. People who know me describe me as responsible and I’m signing up for this app because I love animals and I am trying to make a little extra money before I go to college in the fall. I am available monday - sunday at all hours of the day for whatever your pet needs. This is currently my only job and it has my full attention. I will not be able to provide boarding in my home because my dog does not get along well with other dogs, but I am available to stop in and see your pets whenever needed to feed them, take them outside, walk them, and just to play with them. I can also do overnight stays if that is what your pet requires.

About: With 15+ years of experience as a certified veterinary technician and personal pets, I am an ideal candidate to care for your pets. At home, I’ve had dogs, cats, birds, and horses for my entire life. Over the last three years, I’ve cared for three senior dogs who required an array of medications. My 15 years experience as a veterinary technician has helped me to develop an eye for detail when it comes to your pets needs and health. Currently, I am taking a break from veterinary medicine. I would like to begin my own dog walking/daycare/pet and house sitting business in order to support my family. This will become a full-time job for me with an open schedule at this point. Dog walking and check in’s (to potty and play) will be Monday to Saturday 7am to 7pm. As I cultivate a client base and access the needs of those clients, my hours will develop to accommodate those needs. At my house, we have a fenced in yard that is approximately half an acre. The fence is 7 feet high in all places. There is a kiddie pool and digging area. Inside is an open concept to roam. Currently, all of my dogs are very friendly couch potatoes. If needed, they could be separated (into their favorite spot, my bedroom!) to accommodate your pets needs. As for walking, I will adhere to all rules provided by you, the owner. I’m open to walking neighborhoods or taking your dogs out on the local trails. I will work side by side on manners and behavior with the owners.

I'm currently doing uber and rover !the more clients i get for rover will be my more preferred job .I'm single with no kids i love dogs i have 13-year-old husky myself I'm available for drop ins walk overnight stays i can also board if you dog gets along with a older husky. I have my dog crate trained hes a goodold boy never had an issue with him. Love dogs more than people! I have my own place I can board and I have my own car so I can go to you as well whatever's better for you and your pet!

About: Hello! My name is Amanda. I live in Tolland, CT with my husband and son. I have a lifetime of experience with animals of all kinds. Growing up I always had dogs and/or cats, as well as several other types of pets. I worked in a pet grooming salon for 6 1/2 years, and a doggy daycare for 1 year. I have also done pet walking and sitting for family and friends. I have owned and/or taken care of many different types of pets, including dogs, cats, guinea pigs, chinchillas, ferrets, rabbits, birds, hamsters, and mice. We currently have a dog, cat, guinea pig, and turtle! I take care of and love each pet as if they are my own. I am a kind, compassionate, patient person who can't wait to meet your pets! Pet care is my full time job. My schedule is flexible, I can usually always find a time to fit in a furry friend! My husband is a stay at home dad, so I don't have to worry about having to find childcare in order to work. I love, care for, and treat all animals as if they are my own. I would always make sure the pet is safe, loved, and well cared for. I live with my husband and son who are both animal lovers as well.

About: I love dogs and cats! I do not currently own a dog or cat, but I volunteer with Our Companions in their Adopt a Shelter program spending time visiting and walking dogs in local shelters, and I have volunteered at their animal sanctuary in Ashford walking dogs. I am also in their Canine College program, taking and assisting in dog training classes. I enjoy using positive training techniques (treats and praise) to reinforce polite dog walking and attentive behaviors. I am comfortable walking dogs up to 70 lbs. I have recently retired, which gives me some flexibility, and I am participating in a Canine College dog training program. I love dogs, and I am looking for more opportunities to meet and spend time with dogs. I also enjoy cats and would be happy to house sit and/or walk your cat as well! My recent experiences with Our Companions Animal Sanctuary and Canine College programs are teaching me so much about being a pet guardian for different kinds of dogs. I am learning about dog body language and how to help engage dogs in enrichment, calming, and attention-game activities while in a home, in a yard, and on a walk. I have friends who own cats, and I enjoy getting to know them as well.
