About: Hello! My name is Amanda. I live in Tolland, CT with my husband and son. I have a lifetime of experience with animals of all kinds. Growing up I always had dogs and/or cats, as well as several other types of pets. I worked in a pet grooming salon for 6 1/2 years, and a doggy daycare for 1 year. I have also done pet walking and sitting for family and friends. I have owned and/or taken care of many different types of pets, including dogs, cats, guinea pigs, chinchillas, ferrets, rabbits, birds, hamsters, and mice. We currently have a dog, cat, guinea pig, and turtle! I take care of and love each pet as if they are my own. I am a kind, compassionate, patient person who can't wait to meet your pets! Pet care is my full time job. My schedule is flexible, I can usually always find a time to fit in a furry friend! My husband is a stay at home dad, so I don't have to worry about having to find childcare in order to work. I love, care for, and treat all animals as if they are my own. About: I have always loved all types of animals! I have taken a few classes at UConn for canine and feline behavior and one animal training class. I own a cat currently, and I own and have alot of experience caring for tons of exotic animals from reptiles to amphibians and small mammals. I am very comfortable around all types of animals and I am excited to meet and care for your pets! I have volunteered back at home in NYC for SI Hope to care for kittens and older cats. I have done multiple dog volunteer days at the ACC so I am experienced with handling dogs and puppies alike. I’m also reliable, responsible, and will always make sure your pet gets plenty of attention, exercise, and care while you’re away. I am a seasonal worker so during the year I am a full time student. About: My veterinary assistant experience with small and large animals sets me apart as I keep a close eye on your animal’s health and well-being. I am not easily spooked, but I want your pet to receive the best care I can give. I am not a trainer, but I am comfortable dealing with some pets with behavioral issues. I want to create the safest and most comfortable environment for your pet, your sanity and myself! I currently work four days a week and have a three day weekend. I am looking to pet sit for people who are going on a short trip or need routine weekend care. I can be flexible with week nights, but it will need to be established well in advance. I am looking to house sit in the owners residence. My cats would not be happy to have any new comers to our family. I am very punctual with breakfast and dinner time, and I am typically one to spend time wherever the pet would like to whether that be indoors or outdoors!

About: Although I have less experience in dog care in comparison to taking care of cats, I live an active lifestyle and am fully capable of going on walks with any dog’s typical walk regime. As a student who’s home for the summer, I have a flexible schedule I dedicate to spending time with my or any of my friends’ pets. I care for pets by referring to the owners and following any procedures based on the pet’s needs. I’m capable of basic maintenance and problem solving.

About: Dogs have and will always be a huge part of my life. We got our first family dog when I was just 3 years old and the rest is history. My husband Jack is extremely passionate about animals as well and is my partner in all of this so you get two dog sitters for the price of one. Between the two of us your pet will get so much love, cuddles & exercise. We guarantee a level of attention and care that I feel confident your pet won’t get anywhere else; between this and Rover taking it’s fee our prices might be on the high side but they reflect our level of personalized and professional level of care. I also just want to add that our love for dogs extends to all animals so cats etc are all welcome to come hang with us :) Important Note: if you are reaching out for house sitting my husband and I only take those if we both are allowed to stay the night. We prefer to do this for safety as well as enabling the best care possible for your pet. Your pets will be my top priority & my main focus when they stay with us! I feel pretty confident that they will get more quality time, attention & lovin with me then any other pet sitter! I have a smoke free home and do not have any dogs currently living at my house so your pets will be my only focus! Also a child free home!

I'm currently doing uber and rover !the more clients i get for rover will be my more preferred job .I'm single with no kids i love dogs i have 13-year-old husky myself I'm available for drop ins walk overnight stays i can also board if you dog gets along with a older husky. I have my dog crate trained hes a goodold boy never had an issue with him. Love dogs more than people! I have my own place I can board and I have my own car so I can go to you as well whatever's better for you and your pet!

About: I have always had a pet dog and ever since I was a teenager, I’d dog-sit for family and neighbors. Since college, I’ve been pet-sitting ajd dog walking on a more professional level. I’ve babysat for a few hours, simply for a walk, but have also watched multiple high energy dogs for up to two weeks. I’ve cared for dogs under a year old and up to 13 years old. I’ve always loved dogs and find them very easy to get along with and care for no matter their size, age, or personality. I have also cared for kittens a few weeks old, senior cats, administering medication orally, grooming them if they have long hair etc. Cats have a very different energy than dogs but I enjoy taking care of them just as much as dogs. I am currently in between jobs so I have a lot of free time to care for other dogs, whether it is a short walk or a multi-hour play date, etc. I always follow whatever guidance I am provided by pet parents. This means if you are only comfortable with your dog on a leash or lead while in your yard, I strictly follow that. If there are specific commands to use, certain behavior to watch out for or discourage, particular toys or activities they enjoy, I always follow what information I am given and am always open and communicate well about any issues or concerns that might arise on my end.
